Horrible experience so far
This computer worked for a Day and had visible scratches and dents on it and looked to have not even been cleaned since the previous owner had it. It would not charge with the charger they sent me so I made a complaint and they mailed out another charger which still won't work and now my computer is dead and won't even turn on or charge so I've emailed them back begging for a replacement laptop or a full refund so we shall see what they do now. Either way I'm furious that I spent 400 bucks on something that has not worked since day 1 and looked very beat up when it came in the mail. Never again!

    great deal and works well so far
    arrived on time and as described. I haven't noticed any cosmetic issues or anything. I was able to upgrade to the newest OS for Mac. No problems or issues with it so far. Such a beautiful laptop I am so happy.

    Lap top came in like new condition, no scratches on top just little wear on bottom I did have to charge but charged fast and is so far working as should. Purchased 2 and shipped pretty fast just ordered a 3rd just wish was same price was charged additional 30 on this van easy order

    Trying to initiate a return
    Had more damage than i thought it would, had numerous dents on top and corners where it was most likely dropped. The screen was loose to where if you leaned it back a little it would just fall all the way.

    Amazing product, will never buy brand new again
    I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with the condition of this MacBook that I had to! As soon as I unboxed it, the unit itself looked immaculate. After getting it set up, I was impressed with how fast it was. It also holds a charge for days. I'm a college student and I spend a lot of time using the laptop. After about a month of use, I've had zero issues. It wasn't until about two weeks after getting it that I noticed a VERY small dent in the corner. Not a big deal for me at all. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and even more happy to have saved roughly $500.

    Amazing deal, amazing product!
    I was so skeptical and paranoid not buying brand new, but wow! It came lightning fast and had a protective snap case on it already! Cosmetically looks perfect and I got it all set up so easily! No issues signing in with my Apple ID. Comes with charger which works perfectly. Also came with traditional plug in ear buds and a wireless mouse. Its only the first day but I only have great things to say! Thank you!
