I love it
I just got it today and I love it so far I haven't seen any bugs or keyboard issues, it came with the charger and in bubble wrap the apple logo does look a little weird but that doesn't really bother me overall really nice

    pretty decent
    So far so good, runs well with no cracks and minor scratches. Only problem is some weird minions imprint thing on the front, and definitely needs a new battery

    Okay laptop, but needs work
    The item arrived in okay condition, without any visible exterior damage. It 100% needs a new battery--the laptop has the warning icon for it, and the battery will drain very quickly throughout the day (drops from 100% to 50% within an hour while doing very minimal tasks). It's not too much of an issue if I keep it plugged in, but in addition sometimes the laptop will be 30% charged and off the charger and will completely shut down. Rating is lower because I'm going to have to go through the hassle and cost of replacing the battery myself (ranging from 70$ to $120 just for the battery) but otherwise the computer is in okay shape. I can't tell if it was ignorance on part of the company refurbishing it or them purposefully adding it to the batch of "good" quality laptops. There's also a slight mark on the display, but it is only really visible when the display is dark--I don't mind that as much as I mind the battery issue.

    The lap top was accurately described. It works perfectly and has a few dings. The price was accessible for me and one can always finance it. I only regret I didn't choose a model with more hard drive storage. I recommend at least 512gigs. It's a bit more expensive but will last longer/ hold more apps and files.

    Everything worked fine but the battery capacity was low, I'm not sure If the laptop came with warranty but I need the battery capacity to be at 100%. I go to School and I need it to be that way, this is ridiculous.
