Macbook air Refurbished
At first I couldn't sign the laptop was locked. Took it to a apple store which they removed it. I can't believe a refurbished laptop Mac actually was in good condition. Got a great deal..

A piece of junk
I wish I could give negative stars. I don't think they check the laptop like they said before they ship it to customer. Not just all corners are dented, which I expected there will be some dents but the bottom of the laptop is crooked and that the laptop can not be closed properly. There is a gap on the bottom of the laptop. Took me 5 attempts to start it, and I can't login becaue it won't let me! Also keypad is not working. It's a waste of time. Waiting forever to get my refund and I m still waiting for my refund.

    Good and bad
    The computer works but it will not let me download Microsoft edge or Google chrome, acts like it needs an update but won't update, therefore I can only do part of my homework on it, which is why I purchased it, I was able to download word which is a big help.

    I dislike about this computer is very slippery in an updated by three times and I didn't even have an hour wide and the screen is small well I'll just say smaller than what I'm used to it cost 260 some odd dollars and if I would've known the sprays that would have with it I really would've paid that $400 for a great one lease 2019 this computer is old it was made back in 2013 so if you don't want any problems any updates and it works faster I will go ahead and spend that money on a new computer or you can find one for five something that's older than this computer go for it

    Came in a timely fashion
    The computer did not hold a charge. I turned it on it said 100% battery life. I barely just got the computer and I am already returning. I unplugged it. Within 30 minutes of setting up the computer the computer shut off in the middle of doing everything. I wasn't happy about that. Grant it. It is refurbished but the battery shouldn't be like that.

    Although the item is refurbished, it would've been nice to have seen photos of the minor cosmetic damages (scratches/small dents) before purchasing. Other than that, it is a great purchase.

    Amazed!
    After reading the reviews I was a little sceptical about the possible condition my new macbook was going to be in. Shipping was lightning fast. When I opened the box I was very surprised: two to small scratches on the cover of the laptop. Everything else is in tip top shape. I charged my new Mac and turned it on. No issues whatsoever. I compared the price online and it is very competitive. Don’t wait! It is worth the buy!

    I knew this was a refurbished computer, but did not expect the outside of it to be so damaged!!! Every corner is dented and the screen has scratches all over it!!! Ridiculous!!!! I am very disappointed!!!
