Good small computer
It was easy to install and migrate files from the computer it is replacing. My wife is thrilled with the increased speed of shutting down, starting up and working in general. One MAJOR disappointment is that the DVD is read only NOT a burner. Listing didn't lie but it also didn't mention that the DVD was read only. I'll add an external burner. Easier than returning the unit and starting over.
I called Blair Technology Group for tech assistance when an included DVD couldn't be read and they got me going. Very good customer support when I finally got some which took nearly and hour on hold.

Powerless!
Completely and utterly disappointment. First it arrived two days later than its appointed time. There was no basic setup sheet enclosed in the package. Then, after I downloaded some simple setup instruction from a different web site I made all the right connections. When I turned the computer on, SURPRISE - no power to the computer. After reconnecting the power cord and trying several different outlets the results was the same - no power! Needless to say, I repackaged it and returned it to my local Walmart.

When he hooked it up Another 50 they fix the dell fan .that be 150 , so we took back home hubby took cover off there was dust ball in the fan took out now no noise. And I (not geek squard at best buy ) set up the Dell it was so easy, it's faster and I like the Dell but still need to figure how to transfer my pitchers off my HP it to is a 12 year old refurbishedloveaferret95

I try to be positive about stuff and not follow others. SOOOOO, I ordered two towers and it took a few days for me to set them up. The only negative was arrival date changed a few times BUT they arrived and thats a huge positive. Safe and sound at my door. The towers where encased in bubble wrap which impressed me because the bubble wrap was very good quality. These towers are a little smaller than regular ones, which is why I ordered them. One is up and running for about 2 days and all looks good. The second one, I just turned on a day ago and things seem right. Oh the super nice things, when I first opened the boxes I noticed they included in each box a brand new mouse and keyboard. Very nice and thoughtful thing to give a customer anything with no extra cost. A few days later when I started the set up I saw mouse and keyboards are wireless, I go crazy for wireless so I was overly happy with something so simple but much appreciated. If I can make more space in my home office, I will without a doubt order from this seller again even without the keyboard or mouse lol. Thank you so much for such a great deal. Right about 3 months to the day, it would not power up. The orange light on the motherboard was lit properly, the reset button on the back of the machine would give it power for a couple of seconds then it would die again. Return policy only gives 30 days, so I'm stuck with a $150 loss, plus the cost of a new PC for our streaming.Darren

Reason: 1. I want Windows 10 Pro. 2. I want lot of hardrive space that this computer has. 3. I want more than 4GB of ram so It will not compromise running large application. I use computer strickly for work. I don't play games so graphic interface is not important when I consider the product. The products come one day late but that's fine. I received all parts intact and good working conditions-mouse and keyboard come with the computer. Setup and activation go smoothly, up and running in about 15 minutes. I do data processing, this computer serve my need well, I don't regret on deciding to buy this computer. Price is excellent, I decided to add product protection plan for 3 years add $19 to the final prices. I give it 4 stars because it's old computer if it's new, it will get 5 stars. I decide to buy from Walmart because if it's not working, I can return it in the store so I don't have to pay shipping charge. I see two others vendors selling the same product but I don't want to buy from them because they will add returns charge after the product leave their hands. Walmart has easy returns policy another factor I buy this refurbished computer. So far it's good buy for me. I installed lot of program on it. I don't have any issues with installation.Phothirath2017

After an hour on the phone with Microsoft they discovered the computer came with windows 10 pro installed and a windows 10 home installation key. I had to download and install windows 10 home. This of course wiped the hard drive. A smashed mouse had been packed in an undamaged box.Randy
