Great TV, Roku pre-installed
It's a great product. Buyer, beware: this is a Roku TV, which means the Roku software is pre-installed in it. For those that like Roku it's a great product, since you can stream directly to your tv. For those that want a simple TV, this is NOT the appropriate product, as having Roku installed requires several additional steps when all you want is to watch simple TV

I'd give 0 stars if that were an option. We turned the tv on right out of the box and the screen was cracked and had what looked like water marks. It was returned to the store

    Cheated on size
    I ordered this TV as a early Valentine's Day present for me and my bf. It says it's a 40” tv when it's only 35 1/2” and I'm not happy about that. I measured it and took a picture to prove it's only 35 1/2” long.

    Was sent a bad tv
    Received the TV and got it all set up. Did not work. This is the second tv I order from Walmart that is broken upon arrival. Not sure whats going on in their warehouse but they are sending out broken TVs and its frustrating having to go into the store to return. That was the point of online shopping

    Missing power cord, remote, and legs.
    This came in a box with nothing but the tv, no legs as shown in picture, no remote as shown in pictures, and no cord to plug it in.

    Don't waste your money
    The t.v sucks if i can rate ZERO STARS i would it freezes if u try to turn the volume up it'll freeze the t.v then turns it off the TCL Power On Screen Pops Up Twice . At times it stays n doesnt ake me to the ruko screen .

    Very happy with my Smart TV and very cheap since it was refurbished. It has worked perfectly so far and I have been using it for 2 months without issue. I will purchase refurbished again.

    Good TV at a good price.
    So far, so good. Easy to set up. Nice picture, good sound. The volume buttons on the side of the remote are a little weird. I keep accidentally turning the volume up, but I will adjust. All in all, a good TV at a good price.

    Rough shipping - Good tv
    I gave it three stars because the tv arrived broken, and I had a hassle getting the bar code printed for them to pick it up for return, but they did, and this time the tv showed up fine. Its big enough for a small room. I would not out this tv 11 feet away from me, more like 5. The picture is very good. Its lightweight so good for older people. Setup on rokus suck, but once you've got it set up its good. Tons of free stuff. No web browser on rokus. I prefer firesticks. No facebook app that i can see. No wyze cam app. Just a good budget option for people to get a good picture and stream free tv shows and movies with apps like pluto tv and the roku channel. It has games too you can play. Easy to put together if you have a drill. Putting it together with a screw driver takes a little more time and i dont like holding the screen using all that force to get the screws in. A cheap $20 cordless drill will do you wonders around the house. Worth the money. Would recommend. Wish walmart wouldn't use FedEx for shipping since they are rough and don't care where they deliver their packages

    Very disappointed.
    This came broken right out of the box. The screen was taped as if it would fall out. We plugged it in and saw an extremely messed up tv. The box was in perfect condition so we knew it didn't happen in shipping. Very disappointed and had to return. We are still waiting for a replacement. Buyer beware.
