Very strong material!
I liked that the bands came in a little bag for storage. These bands are well built and strong! I really like that they are color coded to help choose which band you can up grade to for your next tension! You will be able to advance your work with these bands.The pic shows 4 bands cause my elderly neighbor has the 5lb band. There are 5 bands total.
