It a beautiful phone I purchased a green one and is so pretty. The phone looks brand new I love it, at first I was a little bit reluctant but it turned out to be the best purchase I made. Its not the original charger but it does charge fast and last all day no matter if your on the web or phone.

    I've been trying to switch from a boring android to a nice iPhone. Obviously one with the “Squared Camera” And I love how it's refurbished so it's cheaper and it's basically recycling.

    The battery of this phone is not the original as it doesn't show the history or how much charge it has. I'm afraid I should start the return process ASAP.

    Waste if money
    This iphone is just waste of money. This has many scraches in the screen. The battery life is very small donot work more than one and half hour. This iphone is not unlocked. I have a SIM card of T-mobile and it donot work in it. Wifi only! I was buy this in yellow color in $477. I am very very very very disappointed.

    in the description it said that the device would undergo external cleaning and classification A few scratches, mine has the screen scratched and the speakers covered with dirt.

    Not Grade A. 2 scratches on the screen that I don't even need my nails to feel. Battery 76%. Worst "Grade A" I ever had.

    Piece of junk! No warranty! Terrible service!
    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! The listing said 90 day warranty. When we had problems we contacted the seller and they said it was only a 30 day replacement period. We have had the phone 4 months now and it is constantly shutting off--multiple times a day. They did not offer any help or trouble shooting. Terrible customer service!

    Doesn't work save your money
    My phone doesn't work I have to keep resetting my phone. I bought an unlocked iPhone thinking I was getting a great price only to find out it half way works. I will never buy another phone from this seller. Walmart needs to remove this seller the merchant is a fraud. I took my phone to T-Mobile and they cannot fix my phone I was informed to take to Apple Store or get another phone! I have had this phone since February 16th and doesn't work. I know I'm not getting a refund but man this is my last purchase from Walmart and this seller! No more phones will be bought from you ever again not by me!!!!

    Received phone ahead of time which was a plus. The condition of the phone was not Grade A as described. The screen protector installed was cracked when I received it, The packaging was damaged as well. There was scratches along all corners of the phone as well as the camera and screen. Wanted to exchange but they wanted me to pay for the exchange. Then I was willing to accept a discount on the phone and the only wanted to offer 20 dollars off. I returned the phone and bought some where else and got a true grade A phone. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

    Buyer Beware
    When I received my new iPhone 11, I was delighted. I bought it to be compatible with Apple AirTag. After using for week I noticed battery power not great. I checked in settings to find the battery was severely degraded and needed new one. Called customer service with no help as they could not reach supplier. Now I need battery will cost $80.
