Great!
I am very pleased. It is in way better condition than what I imagined. It also came with a screen protector and a phone case which they did not have to send with the phone! The only thing that was supposed to come with it is a charger. 100% recommend!

Disappointing “refurbished” quality
The phone came with scratches on the front and a small crack on the back. Also it clearly has water damage but they must've thought I wouldn't be able to notice. Also phone is repeatedly trying to download update 16.4.1 but after it finishes the update it starts the update over again. Will be sending this back and getting another phone.

    Purchased a used iPhone XR. Stated the phone had minor cosmetic blemishes. The screen looks like it has been rubbed on the ground it is so scratched up

    Feels like you will get ripped off no matter what.
    Phone arrived with a lot of scratches in the screen with a couple of deeper scratches that affect images while using the phone. The screen is more beat up then the one on my 6s plus

    DO NOT BUY!!!
    This phone came in to my house, the phone had scratches all over the body and it even called 911 on its own! The phone when not powered down was touching the screen by itself and when I tried to power it down it called the Apple emergency SOS. I'll leave pictures if I can of the terrible scratches.

    It's too Good to be True.
    I saw a few great reviews but the iPhone I received was in poor conditions. the screen had very deep scratches. I was expecting an iPhone in fair conditions for the price but the MAJOR reason I'm returning this phone was because its sold as a FACTORY UNLOCKED phone (which is true) but the IEMI was still blocked so I could not connect the phone to my provider. I am awaiting my refund.

    You should hurry and buy before the price raise!!
    Amazing is all can say. The phone came in less than a week. It had minor scratches on the bottom left of the phone. With a case and a screen protector it was like a brand new phone. I saw other reviews on how the back camera scratched up and how the speakers wasn’t working but mines was working perfectly fine and the only scratches that was on the phone was in the bottom left corner. It was a amazing buy. Oh yeah it didn’t come with any headphones just a apple charger and black box:>
