Sore throat
This stuff helped my sore throat and my sore throat made me cry and felt like I been cut in the throat and this is the only thing that helped w the pain and made it go away quicker for it to work you have to take it every 4 hours

The Benadryl did not help me sleep
This formulation did not help me sleep. The nighttime cough formulation worked much better to help me sleep, apparently because they use a different antihistamine. I picked this up to address multiple symptoms as the advertisement suggests. But Benadryl is not an effective sedative. Ended up having to return. Disappointed.

    Honey Sold Me!
    I just tasted and it is strong like the DM brand (reddish) that made me itch, etc. I threw that one away! It tastes like there is too much Sugar or something! I would never use the 20 ML they have on cap! Would have to mix with Water or something!!! This one does say on bottle that it has Acetaminophen and Severe Liver Damage may occur with too much use (more than 6 doses in 24 hours)!!! Also, NO more than 3 or 4 Drinks with Acetaminophen! Everything is Dangerous!!! NOTE: I am NOT Sick, but sometimes get the cough in throat, so I was searching for a syrup to keep in place. I always wear at least 2 Masks in Public! When I was young, my Wonderful Grandmother would blow Sulfur down throat to help cure soreness. It was bad, but I trusted her knowledge of Curing things. I still use Vicks Vaporub for sore legs, etc., but NOT on chest like when I was young. I wanted to buy and try the old Father John's cough medicine I loved when young, but one store on Walmart was selling it for too much money!
