I am happy with this.
I love this! I upgraded from the stick and also because of a new tv which had no roku added. I set it up quickly, logged in and all my apps were there and ready to watch. The only downside is the batteries from the remote have to be changed often if you use the headphones. I use them about 3 hours a day and have to change them weekly. Too bad the remote isn't rechargeable because that would of made more sense with this model.

It's a double-edged sword with this company.
The Roku is a must have if your present TV isn't a smart TV or the manufacturer of your TV (LG in my case) doesn't support the product's software anymore. The picture it delivers is sharp and the navigation isn't terribly sophisticated but it gets the job done. In this most recent version of ROKU (2020) this unit buffers a lot while watching cable TV channels. My current provider, Spectrum is delivering 400 over 20 on internet speed so this shouldn't be an issue. I've tried contacting Roku but that is a dead end. They don't seem to be taking customer service phone calls. Great business model

    Works great, easy to use.
    Works great on our older TV. Very easy and convenient to use. I stream everything, and on Sundays when we stream multiple NFL games at a time, this unit never buffers. Once in a while my expensive TV will, but not this unit.

    Easy to use and just a delight if you don't want high cable prices. We use it to augment our over the air antenna during our winter stays. I'm sure it will work just as fine up North when we depart?

    Worth paying a bit extra!
    I love this roku model. It has the ethernet slot, which is just what I needed, because otherwise my living room TV was continuously buffering. I hard wired the roku and now my reception is perfect.

    I like Roku!
    I am slowly trying to cut the cable cord and bought a few Roku sticks to replace cable boxes. I got this one with the headphones for late night tv playing and it says the channels load faster than the other Roku. I'm not sure about the channel thing. Four stars instead of five because it disconnects sometimes overnight and the stick Roku does not disconnect.

    Best Roku yet at a great price! This is my 3rd Roku all purchased from Sam's Club, this model is fast, has an Ethernet 10bt port which really makes a difference. I own HBO Max and the client in the Roku is great! A great buy!

    i must have for cord cutters
    compact, unobtrusive, and very easy to setup. wired or wireless internet compatibility. i was streaming with the available services as provided on my 4K tv. i would get intermittent lag, and video artifacts that i assumed was due to my internet provider. decided to look into a streaming device after reading several reviews. this model happened to be near or at the top of many lists. i'm kicking myself after realizing i should've purchased this from the get-go. video and audio quality has improved greatly, and really showcases how good my oled 4k tv should be. well worth the cost.
