so far I love it
no batteries to buy ever simple set up and the lost remote feature means i will spend more time watching TV than lookin for the remote. the voice command is cool too

Don't waste your money!!
If I could give it 'no' stars I would. In less than a month of use the backlit feature and the volume controls stopped working. Just try to find a useable number to call, or get help on their online tool!! They are both a joke. To top it off it could not be returned because I tossed the box. Lesson learned. So, into the garbage it went!!

    Rechargeable Roku Voice Remote
    The main selling point for me was it's rechargeable. The pre-set buttons are a joke and only good if you actually subscribe to those channels. The point of those presets is those companies paid Roku to put them on there, to encourage us all to subscribe to something we probably don't want. Nice try but I'll pass.

    Volume Button Quickly Stopped Working
    After just a few short weeks, the volume button on the side has already stopped working. We had an issue with our previous remote that also quickly stopped working correctly. Very disappointing for the amount they charge.

    Great remote
    Roku upgrade works great! Love having the volume on remote. Only using one remote for everything is way better. Haven't tried plugging in headphones yet. Voice control is nice but doesn't always understand. I also like no batteries needed. The USB makes it charge quickly. Highly recommend.

    Love this remote... It might be my imagination but I do believe my Roku stick reacts quicker with this remote than the original one. I have used the mute feature quite a bit %26 like the programmable buttons. Using the voice control was easy %26 accurate. Only thing I hope they eventually change is a way to disable a couple of the pre-programmed buttons. I don't subscribe to those services %26 it is frustrating when one is pushed by mistake %26 I have to wait for that channel to load %26 then switch back to what I was watching. I've only had it a week and the battery is still charged so I can't comment on its longevity yet.

    I ordered a cover for it off Amazon, I havent tried the voice feature yet because I got it to watch tv quietly without disturbing my room mate. I love it so much.

    Item packaging arrived crushed - but remote works!
    We love our remote!! Just hate how it was delivered. It arrived banged up with partially crushed packaging.. see pics.. ! BUT the remote itself was not damaged at all. I was very bothered seeing how little care went into our remote arriving in good shape.. especially after paying $34 bucks for it. Looked like it was stepped on or something. The remote works and my boyfriend loves it. He can play games and head the tv using the headphones, while Im working from home and taking calls.

    Love Love the upgraded roku remote
    I Love this upgraded remote still learning the commands to get use to not using the voice comand button. The remote finder is the best and charging the battery is a breeze. Have not tried the private listening yet but can't wait try it out.
