    unreliable
    sale item ..ordered a box. received my other order and some cheap gadget (not worth the postage it cost to send it). Never received the plastic knives (needed for my non-profit's suppers). When I called about the order, Walmart said they could only refund my money (not resend the product), now the item is $4.00 more per package and I would need to spend another $36 more for free shipping. Reliability apparently is not their strong point.

    All 3 boxes of knives were open and all over the inside of the box! How gross! Who knows what was on the inside of the shipping box since it was quite obviously NOT new!

    Always like these knives, but I had a problem with delivery. they daid it eas delivered 2 days prior to receiving it. When we did get them the box was dropped or something and it wasn't taped shut let alone not being able to close the lid. Every knife was willy nilly. I took a picture.

    Great buy!
    I was a little nervous when ordering. I wasn't sure what the quality would be, even though the packaging said heavy duty. I'm glad I purchased, these knives are just what I was looking for. They're not flimsy but not super heavy duty to where they'd be expensive.
