Outstanding
great quality product. Did take a while to heat but once the temperature was up its remained with no issue. great size for a family of four. Better instructions would be nice but the online video did help. we had a late snow yesterday with a temperature of 28 degrees and the tub had no issues maintaining temperatures over 100. Definitely would recommend this item.

Don't waste your money!
Had it 6 months, only used for 4 months and sides pulled apart. Letting out air and causing it to collapse. Can't get a replacement and can't use. Haven't been able to use it since October 2020. It's defective and very disappointed

    Does not work. I ordered on June 23 received on June 26 and when we plugged it in the lights comes on, temp is at 32 and nothing else works on the control panel. I can not get in touch with Bestway. I wanted to have it set up by the fourth. So upset

    Great inflatable hot tub!
    It's amazing and looks great. The only complaint I have is that it does not retain the heat after 35-45 minutes... it goes down 2-4 degrees every 30-45 minutes. But still this is a beautiful and relaxing spring, summer and fall entertainment. You can not use this in the winter even though the advertisement picture shows you can.

    Very dissatisfied
    The spa fell apart after 4 months of very light use. I am an older woman and it was only me who used it infrequently. I tried to buy some Gorilla tape and emptied it today to reseal it and I'm afraid I won't be able to. All the seam tape came off around the bottom and up the side.

    Great way to relieve the stress of your day!
    We love this! It looks so much nicer than the neighbors' plain gray one. People don't realize it's not wood. It has a very comfortable squishy bottom. We did buy a mat to put under it to protect it from our concrete. It makes a ton of bubbles! They come up the sides and give you a nice massage. The instructions to put it up were pretty worthless. The online video I found was ok. We figured it out. And it didn't come with much information about chemicals or anything either. But other than the lack of instructions, we think it's great. Also, we have 2 teenagers and all 4 of us fit fairly comfortably.

    Excellent quality and size for price!
    My wife and I bought this to surprise our 2 boys who have been begging for a hot tub for years, and we figured there's no better time than while stuck at home during covid19 quarantine in cold Chicago. The quality exceeded all expectations for the price, and after posted our surprise on Facebook, 9 of our friends have also made this purchase. A few tips to purchase separately. . waterproof LED lights for night fun, spa chlorine tablets to fill included dispenser, pool net skimmer, and cup holders at a bonus. Enjoy!

    The spa looks great in the day time and is plenty big enough for my two little kids, the wife, and I. The temperature takes a while to rise, about one or two degrees per hour, so you do need to set it in advance. (It heats faster now in Spring than when we bought it in Winter.) Our pump started leaking after about 6 weeks and then it started tripping the GFCI every time I tried to turn the heat pump on. I submitted the problem at Bestway's website on Sunday and they delivered my new egg filter/pump by Thursday! They didn't even require me to return the defective pump. I pour about a half cup of chlorine bleach into the pool every three days (whenever the faint bleach smell goes away or it gets the faintest bit slimy). I need to figure out a better system still.
