Better than the iPhone
Love this phone from size to the pen from storage to photo quality, this phone takes pictures so nice on dim and night time something that mu old pop e was lacking, keeps me organized even more and with the s pen I can right notes and on pictures get Autographs, plus I tested it with my friend who has the new iPhone and mine took better pictures, if your a picture lover and like vlogging and or love being organized this phone is for you , highly recommend if your deciding between iPhone and this one and storage enough said and no need for ear buds comes with it and fast charging oh and battery for me long lasting, best phone out there so far very pleased

Camera sucks
I've had this phone for a week. I've had Galaxy phones since the S5. They all had GREAT cameras! I bought this phone based on the reviews of the camera and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. The Live Focus doesn't blur properly at all and the Auto ads way too much exposure at night. I never had these problems with my previous Galaxy phones.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/13/2021Incredible Phoneat first it seemed a little too large for me to use on a daily basis, but it quickly becomes normal and any other phone screen seems to be a bit too small. very snappy and responsive, never had an issue with it slowing down, it's still going as if it were brand new. the camera, and the plethora of features on this device, are wonderful, i don't take pictures often, but the pictures that i do take always turn out beautiful. i've owned the galaxy sii, galaxy s5, galaxy s9, and the note9 and i have to say, the note9 is by far my favorite and samsung has come a long way since i switched to iphone a few years ago. i'm here to stay with samsung.Rick

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/09/2021I couldn't ask for a better phone :)**i'm writing this review after three years of usage** i honestly don't have anything negative to say about this phone. it has a headphone jack. if you're contemplating the note 9 at all, just go all in. i highly doubt you'll regret it. this was the first samsung phone i've owned and i hype it up at every chance i get. 90% of my friends own iphones and keep me out of the imessage groups but i still chose to upgrade to the note 20 ultra because the note series is so beast. i suppose the only thing i can ask for is to allow some cross platform with apple message so i can be a part of their group chats. i mean if sony and microsoft can come together to make fortnite 9yr-olds happy, can samsung and apple make it a reality? anyway, thanks for the lovely phone techies!Jazzy

We just had over 10 inches of snow here in Ohio. I went out today to walk my husky in the snow. My dog and I were thoroughly enjoying the first major snow of the season so i had my phone out a few times taking pics and videos. When i returned home, I realized that I didn't have my phone with me. I retraced my steps 4 times before I found my phone buried in the deep snow drift shortly before it got dark out. It had been buried in the snow for at least 1 hour 15 minutes when I found it and when I picked it up, it was still on and all functions were working properly! I did have an alert that moisture was detected in the charging port but that went awsy after about 15 minutes. Unbelievable. I am so thankful for this well designed phone designed to withstand these elements!!! It also takes some great pics and has amazing battery life!!MsCK

I haven't explored all the wonderful features on this phone yet, I hastily bought it on vacation when my Galaxy S6 accidentally went swimming. But I really like the features that I have discovered, like the dual clock option on the lock screen. While I was vacationing in Hawaii while my guy was spending Christmas with family in Copenhagen... eleven hours ahead of me. I could see in an instant when he would be sleeping and when would be a good time to contact him without having to do the math! The photos on this phone are simply stunning. And I love the remote control on the stylus. No more setting a timer and dashing back into the picture... or two-armed selfies! I can set up a group shot with my phone on a tripod and discretely shoot away without exiting the group. And it has an optical zoom! Yes! The battery in this must be a monster. I used it heavily on vacation for music, video playback, navigation, photos, photo editing, and more... never once ran the battery all the way down. I was a little worried about getting used to the larger size in my female hands... it took about a nanosecond. Really. The screen is beautiful, I like that it doesn't have a "notch," and I really appreciate the headphone jack. I'm not a fan of wireless headphones. I'm also grateful for the water-resistance rating! Friends and family that have played with it are all impressed, and wishing they had one too.Barbara F
