Poor quality and weird smell.
Do not buy this item. I bought 2 and 1 arrived ripped and both had a heavy menthal smell. Not sure if these were returned or if a warehouse storage issue. My dog wouldn't go near them so I smelled them and I quickly learned why. Can't be fixed by washing because the foam inside smells too. Both are getting returned. Quality is also poor compared to other beds I have purchased. Very disappointed.

    My pet bed was exactly as described in the description. The bed is sturdy and a good value. My cat and dog both love it.

    Bed not what advertised
    the bed was OK but it was flat on bottom. I thought it was supposed to rise up some. I had to add some packing to it to raise it from being flat.

    great support for older dog"s body
    nine year old tibetan mastiff/ german shorthaired pointer 80 pound mix with blown hocks and arthitis loves this as her new upstairs bed. steps are getting a bit much for her. great bed. the first one is one the first floor for her reclining pleasure

    Cheap egg crate mat
    I had bought a Sealy dog bed a few years ago that looks exactly like the one pictured here. This first bed was filled with shredded bits of memory foam and was comfortable enough that I could lay on it and feel comfy and supported. That bed is a marvel and my two dogs often fight to lay in it, so I wanted to get an additional one for them. This is NOT that bed. This is a junky piece of egg crate foam in an ill-fitting cover that arrived stained (possibly used?). Will be returning.

    Worth it for big and heavy dogs to lightweight.
    The bed is a bit springy. It also has an egg-crate feel on top with a springy material underneath. It is deep and firm enough that I can push down on the center of it and not touch the floor. Not a big fan of the color because it will get dirty quickly. I put a washable blanket on top. I would recommend this simply for the support for big/heavy dogs.

    Best Bed Ever!
    We have a very active Rat Terrier Mix and she loves it! She is 18 months old and has been through 7 beds (which she has torn up, etc.) since we adopted her at 4.5 mos. of age. She is very long-legged and loves to be able to stretch out; she is sleeping longer hours during the night. It's just a wonderful change in beds and so glad we bought it for her!
