So far I adore this chair. It's as gorgeous as it appears. Pretty easy to put together. Very nice quality. Sturdy and doesn't disappoint. You feel like the Boss sitting in this chair.

Poor quality material
The chair was fine for about a year. Now the material on the seat and arm rests is cracking and will continue to get worse. I suspect the seat back will start cracking next.

    Great chair, at great price!
    Super comfy cushioned seat. Great design. I put it together myself but it would be easier with a second person. I love that the arms rotate up out of the way if needed. The strap on the side is handy as well as the back pocket. Seems very well made and durable so far but if that changes I'll update my review.

    Wonderful for my 55 year old body!!
    Assembled by myself- only took about an hour even though I have no energy from a nasty cold! Haha!! VERY COMFORTABLE!! It's a nice dark grey also- (I added my old arm riser cushions to it since I am petite )

    The One!
    I bought this chair to work remote, and by far is the most comfortable for an 8 hour day. This is my 3rd office chair I bought for working at home the last 2 years. The other chairs was not comfortable for a long day,but I have found that one chair I was looking for in this "Serta Air Lumber Bonded Leather of Manager Chair". Very comfortable and sturdy can handle a thicker sized person.

    disappointed
    this chair is for a small person. The person really should be around 5'6 or shorter and not heavy so maybe 150 lb or less it is a small to medium chair. If the person is smaller I think that it would be comfortable. but for me I'm 5'8 and and it was not comfortable at all in fact it hurt my back I tried it for a full week and I had nothing but back pain for a full week, My son who is 5'11 tried it and he said it was very uncomfortable for him as well. I'm glad other people liked it again I think that it's just a matter of the right sized person. as far as the quality of the chair it seems fine it was a nice looking chair.

    STOP LOOKING ELSEWHERE! BUY THIS NOW!!
    You know I have purchased multiple chairs in the passed two years and this chair I got cause it was on sale, little did I know how in love I would be with it. The first one I got was a little tough at first to break in but after some months with it, it's still amazingly comfortable as ever. The new one I just purchased is a black version for my game set up! Extremely happy with this purchase. Or shall I say purchases. Lol! Love it, stop looking for different chairs and just get it!!

    Hydraulics failed after less than one year
    Hydraulics failed after less than one year. Fairly comfortable, not the most comfy. I bought a different, used, chair for a different office and that was more comfortable despite seeming to be a cheaper offer than this one when it was new. And that other older chair did not have a hydraulics problem. I would not buy this chair again. I chose this to use as my main office chair and I sit in it 6-8 hours a day except on weekends. So it does see a lot of use. However, I expect hydraulics to last longer than 10 months (Oct - Aug) and really it was eight months max as I was away from home for two.. Around $100 a year is not a high price to pay for a necessary item like a chair, but this is a little too quick "planned obselenscence".
