I've used Serta chairs before. In fact the chair I was replacing was a Serta. My current chair is not a big and tall chair. So I ordered a big and tall chair. The chair I received is SMALLER than my current chair. Don't call something a big and tall chair if it isn't. This chair is ridiculously small. I'm 5'3 and 250lbs and this chair is HORRIBLE. New chair on the left/old chair on the right. Look how tiny this is?!?

    Quite disappointed with this chair. I thought being a SERTA it would be somewhat more comfortable. I was really wrong. Not even 2 days after setting it up, we brought the old chair back and returned this one. There is absolutely no cushion or comfort.

    Box was damaged
    Ordered this as a gift and they did not repackage it. It looked like it had been ripped up and even dropped on one side. Kind of disappointing. But the agent in the chat helped to diffuse the situation. I will do another review once I get the chair up

    Awesome chair!
    Súper confortable! Profesional quality! Work at home seating and typing all day. I still got a back support for the back but the bottom is thick and comfy.

    Chair received broken.
    The chair came in with one of the arms broken and completely useless. The piece holding it together completely snapped off. I reached out to customer service for help and have heard nothing in return. Unfortunately I cant just return the chair as Im now working from home and cant wait to receive a new one. Very disappointing considering how much I paid for this chair.

    Comfortable but not not a big and tall chair.
    Its a comfortable chair and easy to put together. But this is definitely NOT for big and tall. Its not wider than regular chairs to start with and its rather flimsy. Im 220 lbs and I ordered it because I work 10 hour shifts. I figured a big and tall chair would offer much more comfort and room but not this char. I wouldnt wanna see a 300 lbs person on it.

    This chair was $74 then the company increased the price because of all the people working from home. Imo it's a $50 chair. Material feels cheap also states big and tall I'm 6'2 and this chair is super short even when extended to max. If your 5 ft tall this chair would be good for you. The chair is comfortable padding wise not sure how long that will last but worth 2 star rating. Not worth the time to dismantle and send chair back, will give to my teenage son.
