Excellent pillow
I have used the pillow for about two weeks now. I would would descibe the pillow as the best I have had in my adult life. The pillow does actually stary cool as claimed. I have not yet washed the pillow so I can measure it's durability as of now. However I would strongly recommend the pillow.

    I was expecting something better
    I had hoped for something of a higher quality, but instead I was left feeling quite let down. It claims to be good for cold nights, but I could not see any significant difference between this pillow and my regular one. They were sharing the same experience. comfortable? is not terrible, and after using it for several weeks, I can tell that it is not even that terrible. B-

    A waste of money
    Good pillows for about two months then they go flat. The “cooling” effect isn’t substantial enough for me to warrant its comfort over other pillows. Serta has one called endless comfort that you can buy here that is 5 STARS hands down. Don’t waste your money on these.

    Worked for a bit
    I got these to help with my overheating. At first it was fine. Then it flattened out and didn't stay cool anymore. I threw it in the washer. It puffed up again. But, still don't keep me cool. And it went flat again after a while. Have to keep punching it around to get the foam where i meed it.

    Arrived pretty fast and great big box. Ordered 2 of the serta cooling pillow , and NOI'm not a paid person and NO I did not get this for fee like many other reviews I read. I pay for everything and leave a review if I like or don't like it, this deserves 5 stars and I did have a bad experience at k Ohls, and I picked up a curbside for pillows and had red stains on it and was obviously returned by someone, gross!!! So I rather order direct from Walmart like here so I had a great and better experience here

    Would buy again, but not for everyday use
    The texture is a little odd, plastic like feeling, but with a pillow case on it, I see no issue. I am using them for my guest bedroom, so they will not get much use.

    Cool and comfortable.....
    I love these pillows. They are cool to the touch and comfortable, no matter whether you are a side sleeper or prefer to sleep on your back. They retain their shape after providing me with a good night's sleep. I have severe neck problems and have had cervical surgery. These pillows provide me with just the right amount of support; not too firm and not too soft. I took the photos after using the pillows for about a week.
