Big, Comfortable Pillow
I have been using my current pillow for a while. I cannot remember when I bought it. It has gotten flat and I have started folding it over to keep my head elevated. I forgot to purchase a new pillow the last time I was at the store, so I was really amazed when Walmart contacted me about reviewing a pillow and giving an honest review. The Serta Sertapedic Won’t Go Flat Pillow that I received is a really nice, big, comfortable pillow! The pillow is a standard/ queen size, but it seems much bigger. The dimensions are 20”x28” but it is really thick. It fits in a standard size pillowcase perfectly though. The pillow is made with a unique wrapper construction with a foam center wrapped in polyester. The foam center is what gives the pillow the ability to keep its original shape. Also, unlike other pillows that quickly lose their shape and go flat, this pillow provides continual comfort with firm support for all sleep positions. After sleeping on the pillow, I have been highly impressed with how comfortable it is. Since receiving this item, I have slept really sound and do not remember anything. The pillow is so puffy that it elevates my head and neck at the perfect position so I no longer have to fold over my pillow, like I was doing with my old pillow. I have tried the pillow in various positions, sleeping on my side, back, or just sitting up against the wall reading. I have folded the pillow multiple times and it is still retaining its original shape. So far, the Sertapedic Won’t Go Flat Pillow will not go flat in my abusive testing. The pillow has a 300 thread count with a smooth cotton rich cover. It is also hypoallergenic with a premium polyester fill. This excellent pillow is also easy to care for with spot cleaning. Overall, I am really impressed with this excellent pillow and highly recommend it! I plan on purchasing a few more. As usual, Walmart is offering this terrific item at a great, low price!

Sertapedic Pillow
I am not a fan of this Sertapedic won't go flat pillow. I have had it for four days, and it is already starting to flatten. I even not used it for a whole day and night, and it hasn't even fluffed back up an inch. It is pretty soft but firm, i think it would be a good pillow, if it actually would stay the way it comes. Would not buy or reccomend.

    No flat pillow
    I bought this pillow for the shams. It seems like it’s not quite fitting the shams as well as other king pillows other than that it seems OK.

    Customer Service is terrible and lack integrity
    The pillow is wonderful. My complaint is I ordered “one - 2pk “ of the pillows, Walmart.com agreed that the listing was not accurate when it stated “2 PK”and apologized for the error…corrected the listing and then connected me to the manager of the Deland Walmart store. She refused my second pillow, called me a liar, and hung up on me. I was stunned and felt so frustrated. I went to store to speak about the incident and to show them the documentation and found out there was NO MANAGER at this store. Very very disappointed. Never felt so betrayed and cheated. They made the mistake and over 13.44 they lost me on a great deal of their online shopping. Will DEFINITELY do more of my shopping with Amazon.

    Not what they use to be in previous years
    These pillows have changed in the past several months. I have been buying this particular pillow for about 4-5 years as it offers the support I like, when it's new. I know after about 3-4 months, it's going to go flat and I will have to buy a new one. At least I only have to buy 3-4 a year. I just bought a new one (6/2022) and it's lighter weight, thinner, and does not have the firmer, solid core in the middle, that keeps it from going flat sooner. Notice I said sooner, and not last forever. When I put it in the pillow case, it's not as thick as before as goes in easier, plus with a king size, if you lay across your arm in the middle of the pillow, it will fold. The other pillows never did that. My bride picked it up when making the bed, and she said it was no where near as thick or heavy as they have been the past several years. It is the correct pillow, or at least that is what the UPC barcode shows that is sewn onto it as looked that UPC code up, and it points to the King size No Go Flat pillow. Now the search begins for another firm pillow that is not real thick

    best pillows ever
    So, every pillow I buy goes flat...and then I saw these "won't go flat" pillows and I laughed, thinking...yeah, ok...a pillow that doesn't go flat. I bought 4 pillows, I have 6 pillows on my bed but only bought 4 to try them. Well, this pillow proved me wrong, it really didn't go flat! and it fluffs back up when you lift your head from it. I don't get much sleep...I have problems falling asleep and staying asleep due to chronic back and leg pain (I've had multiple surgeries). These pillows felt like a firm marshmallow...thats the best way to explain it...so soft and fluffy but yet very firm and supportive at the same time. Every night I get in bed the pillows feel brand new, even though it's been a week or so since I bought them. These pillows have help me get better sleep and support my neck and back. If you have back pain like me....try these pillows! Even if you don't suffer from pain...try these pillows! I did end up going back to Walmart and buying myself 2 more standard size pillows and also got my mom a king size pillow and she loves it too. I'm so happy I decided to try the "won't go flat" pillows. Definitely one of the best purchases I've ever made! (you can see how they are still fluffy in the pictures)

    Very uncomfortable pillows and not firm at all
    I dislike this pillows because it says wont flat and firm but pillows are not firm and they go flat. I have never hurt so bad after sleeping on these pillows my neck hurts every night because these pillows are uncomfortable. This was a waste of money plus the company was giving the customers false information about the product and people like me is buying these pillows thinking they are firm and wont go flat and thats not right or fair to the customers. I am very disappointed that your company would sell this product without looking into first. Im sending 2 pictures of what the pillows are looking like and it does not look like the advertising picture or look like it did when I brought the pillows. I suppose to sleep comfortable not in pain or cant sleep at all. I bet you sleeping well at night and I want to sleep well too, I hope you can resolve this problem before someone else buy those pillows and experience the same thing I went through. Please keep me informed with any update on the product.

    Very comfortable
    If you like sleeping on firm, high pillows, this pillow is the one for you! I've been using it for a few weeks now and it has still kept it's shape. Pillow has the right amount of firmness and is very comfortable. My only wish is that it was a little longer, but it all depends on what size you get. Overall a very nice pillow for those who need a little more head elevation at night.

    Great Pillow
    This is a nice, thick pillow. Its not too soft or too firm. A lot of times I have to use two pillows at the same time, but not with this one. It gives me all the support I need. It says it won't go flat. I've had it for a few weeks and it still feels brand new but only time will tell if it truly doesn't go flat.

    Good Night's Sleep
    A lot of times I have to sleep partially sitting up in bed and to get in the right position I need three pillows to do that. My long time problem has been how flat my standard pillows get. I have a king size bed and have nice name brand king size pillows but to prop myself up more I went out and bought some cheap standard pillows. They worked good at first but now I have to constantly fluff and flip the pillow to stay comfortable. I didn't want to get a firm pillow because I felt that would not be comfortable. When I saw that there are pillows out that won't go flat, well I just had to try it. This pillow is pretty thick and I must say that it looked like it would be too thick and thus uncomfortable. I gave it a try anyway. I was so surprised at how it stayed plump but did not have my neck in some weird position that would leave me paralyzed in the morning. It took a few minutes to adjust to the extra thickness but that it and I was off to sleep. When I got up to go to the bathroom and then came back to bed, the pillow was still plump. No fluffing and flipping anymore! This pillow has solved a long time problem for me. I have never used it while lying flat because when I sleep lying down flat I use my king size pillows, so I have no reference on that. But if you are tired of pancake pillows you have to try these.

    Comfy pillow.
    I'm glad I was able to review a new pillow. This pillow is absolutely soft and comfortable. No more flat pillows. I always need a pillow that helps support my neck at night to have better night's sleep. The "no flat"pillow does what it is says it does. I would highly recommend this pillow for anyone who needs a replacement or has problems of sleep at night. This was through the Spark Program.

    Firm pillow!
    I have never owned a pillow that won't go flat overtime...So of course I was skeptical, if this Sertapedic "won't go flat" pillow actually will not go flat...Let me start by saying it is a very firm pillow, actually a little too firm for my liking but very soft...The pillow is a standard 300 thread count cotton/polyester cover, hypoallergenic pillow...Now I've had the pillow for a few days now...and it did go a little flat...not a lot like other pillows I've owned in the past have but just enough that it's noticeable...I think I actually appreciated it going a little flat since it was a bit too bulky...Overall it's a good firm pillow...I have no complaints at all...
