Plastic bottle cracks
We purchased two bottles that have both cracked at mid height at a rounded edge - just where we press to expel cleaner. I thought the first was a result of a stocker having accidentally cut the bottle. With the second bottle doing this it is clear that the bottle is defective. This results in spilled and wasted product.

    Good product but bad container design
    Cleans and smells great. However, the container is difficult to hold on to due to the slick finish and no ridges to prevent slipping from your hand. Also, the top is very small and hard to pull open and close. Hopefully the container can be redesigned to improve using this product.

    One of the best toilet bowl cleaners out here. We try to buy products that are less harmful to us as product. We love seventh generation and use their products quite often. This toilet bowl cleaner works just as any other but is a handful better and safer then others. Would recommend!

    Freshness You Can Smell
    I love the smell of this toilet bowl cleaner - fresh and clean. The bottle's neck dispenses delivery easy to apply to the underside of the toilet bowl rim and the contents do not clog. I like that the toilet bowl cleaner is clear - not dark blue - and has a plant-based formula.

    Sloppy Shipping - Wrong Cap - with a good product.
    I liked the product. It seems to work well and the smell is nice and fresh. I DISLIKE THE WAY IT WAS PACKAGED FOR SHIPPING. The ad said it had a "clip" top - I received a "pull up" top lid. I ordered "2". One cap was opened in the shipping container and about 1/2 leaked out all inside the package. The second one's lid I could not get open. Don't know why it had this "pull up" lid when the photo and ad for the product showed and stated a "flip" lid.

    I can't believe this is natural and septic safe!
    I can't believe this is natural, septic safe, and actually works! I just moved to my first home with a septic tank and it was really important for me to find something that won't mess up my sewer system. I was skeptical that this would do much, but after following the directions to a T and and flushing the toilet, all the mess was removed leaving a really nice scent!

    not cleaning as good as other products really dissapointed, wanted to try something natural for toilets- but stains remain, and not a strong enough fresh clean scent either.

    This cleaner came with the cap open and it and the plastic bag it was in was tied and was full of the toilet bowl cleaner.

    READ REVIEWS ALWAYS AND THEN DECIDE IF YOU WANT IT
    I ORDERED IT BECAUSE IT WAS THE ONLY ONE I COULD GET SHIPPED TO MY HOME. I DID NOT USE IT BECAUSE THEY SAY "PINE" IS IN IT AND I AM VERY ALLERGIC TO REAL PINE CHRISTMAS TREES. I WILL GIVE IT AWAY. REVIEWS SAY THE BOTTLE BREAKS, THEY DO NOT TELL YOU HOW TO GET THE LIQUID OUT OF THE BOTTLE. I DO NOT WANT TO OPEN THE TOP AND HAVE NO WAY TO CLOSE IT.
