No good
Awful reel, out of the 3 I purchased only 1 is still working after only 10 minutes of use. Spend the extra money and buy a better model.

    not sure why the negative reviews
    for the price this is a fantastic deal. the people comparing either wanted a $200 pole and reel for $20 or don't take proper care of their equipment I've had mine for many years and continue to buy them when I find myself somewhere without a pole. if you need a cheap reliable fishing rod and reel this is it.
