Good job.....AGAIN
This is my third Shark steamer and I am just as happy with this one. The others lasted about 4 - 5 years so it is a good value. I feel like they do a good job "sanitizing" my floor with the hot steam. The heigth of the handle is perfect for me, as I don't have to bend over (it doesn't cause a "hitch" in my lower back). I would recommend this item to other consumers.

Cheap mop, lasted three months
I used the mop 14 times (once a week for just over three months). The output of steam gradually decreased over time to where it no longer produces steam. I haven't used the mop since the end of November and, unfortunately, the 90-day return window has now closed. Customer service offered a $20 credit on the purchase of a new mop. I have no interest in purchasing another Shark Steam Mop--it's junk. Nor am I interested in making future purchases at Walmart. I'll take my business elsewhere.

    didnt last long
    worked great and then quit after 6 mo. returning it today for a replacement have purchased another in the past and loved it so wilk get another one. had the otger ibe for 10 yrs.

    Nice Mop!!!
    I missed a good deal on this mop this summer, so I was ecstatic when it went on sale for early Black Friday. A great mop for apartment living. Heats up quickly, and better results than a standard mop. Shark makes products that are easy to assemble, and this mop is no exception. The mop head clicks into the center body, as does the handle, using a single screw. Much appreciated for a blind individual like myself. There's only two minor gripes, but not a reason not to buy. The power button could have been placed in a more convenient spot. This single button also controls the steam cycle. The water tank isn't removable, which isn't a big deal, but location on body makes it awkward. It comes with water flask for filling, and I've found a funnel works for easier filling, and less messy.

    I love this steam mop! I knew I wasn't getting my kitchen floor as clean as I would like, but I was not prepared for the sight of the dirty mop head after the first use! I swept and mopped as usual, and then after the floor dried, I went over with the new steam mop. The mop was FILTHY! Which validated my original thoughts and purchase, but also made me feel gross knowing how long I “cleaned” my floors using my previous mop! Never going back. I will now always use a steam mop.

    Can't beat this Shark Floor Steamer for the $
    I am so glad this Shark floor steamer is still available!!! I owned one in the past (it was borrowed and never returned, lol) and jumped at the chance to buy another one (and on sale too). I have also used mine to lift dirt and stains off of rugs and upholstery too, though floors is this little magic wand's specialty. Use as directed and never put anything other than distilled water in the unit least you cause deposits on the heating element inside the main unit. Take care of it, and it'll serve you well by staying in perfect working order. For those who want to sanitize their floors without using chemicals, just add a little dish soap in the warm bucket water you'll need to occasionally wash/rinse off the stuff that'll come off your floors (you'll be really sujrprised) and each time you replace the mop head (I use the two that come with the unit and alternate between the one on the Shark and the one in the bucket water awaiting its turn) you'll have a tad more cleaning power without the dangers of the unknown ingredients in most cleaners which also makes it safer for the children and pets that have more contact with floor surfaces. Once you've cleaned the floor really good the first time, it should be a breeze to steam your floors instead of messing with messy mops. I also recommend a good wax job to better protect the flooring (when applicable) from deep, ground in dirt in the first place. Work smarter not harder!

    Steam Mop really completes the floor cleaning
    Steam mop cleans my floors where damp moping still leaves a slight look of dirt. I highly recommend steam mop to make your hard floors look their best. Great cleaning with Steam mop.

    My go-to for home and work (I'm a house cleaner). Works great on multiple surfaces. The steam helps lift stuck on messes while sanitizing. Straight forward and easy to use. Long cord is a plus. Just be sure to use filtered or distilled water to reduce mineral build up. Also, don't expect pads to "look" clean after first few uses.

    Great steamer, especially for the price.
    I love this steamer so much better than the Bissell I have previously used. I have had to replace my Bissell many times so I decided to try a different brand. This steamer is so easy to use, lightweight, large sturdy pads that you can use both sides! All good stuff. I haven't used the lower setting on my hardwood floors yet, but I will. The only negative point is I think it could have more steam. the floors are wet and I hear the steam but you don't see any steam, but the floors are clean. The price is great, I would recommend.
