Simple and easy
This palm sized alarm clock is as simple and straightforward as it gets. Only requires 2 AAA batteries and setup is quick and painless. It has an ascending "beep" for the alarm setting that starts with a consistent single tone that doubles then triples, and so on, sure to get the attention of even deep sleepers.

    Never would of wasted money on this. It's crappy!
    I saw a little cute clock that appears to look lit up with blue light. Well they didn't mention that the only way it turns blue is if you hold the button it.cant even see what time it is unless I hold the button in which is hard enough trying to search for a tiny alarm

    JUNK!! Can't set the time. Putting brand new batteries in, that were checked to insure that they were fully charged, turn the light on for a moment and then everything went off and I followed the instructions and couldn't set the time. Couldn't get the time to move up, down, forward, or backwards for either the hour or the minutes.

    Nice Alarm clock
    I was looking for a small alarm clock for my room which has easy to use functions. I liked Sharp LCD digital alarm clock since its small in size and has simple features. There was no assembly required. All it needed is 2 AAA batteries and setting on the time. I like that there are not many complicated functions or settings. Once you set the time, it starts working. Now, when I set up the alarm, I was not expecting it to be very loud. But I was surprised to hear the alarm in the morning next day. It was pretty loud and audible even in the other room. The alarm rings for a good bit and I have to turn it off. So, basically it does its job of showing the time and alarm. The only thing that I did not like much is the black & white display. Since its a small clock, sometimes its hard to see the time from a distance. You have to go near it to see it. You have to press the light button for blue color display for reading the time, and blue display goes off in few seconds. Its a nice alarm clock.

    Price might make it worthwhile
    I am not impressed with this little alarm clock. First, the alarm does not ring. You have to push a button on the top to have a light to see the time because the dial is too dark. Too far to reach my bedside table. I read the instructions 3 tmes to find out a way to make the alarm sound. Just push button to left. No sound after 5 tries. Good for a travel alarm if the alarm worked. Would not waste my money.

    barely audible alarm clock.
    I was impressed with the packaging of this product, being a size easy to steal the box needed to be fully disassembled and a set screw removed to get clock from packaging. The clock itself was easy to set but I had to set the alarm 3 times before I actually heard it ring because it was so quiet. There was no instruction of adjusting volume but there is a wheel on the bottom I thought might do it. I turned it 10 x to the left with no volume change, then 20x to the right and still couldn't make it louder. This clock claims to have an ascending ring but it did not ascend in volume. It went from one beep, to two beeps to three beeps, all barely audible. This may be a cute little design with conscientious packaging and a dependable clock but it completely fails as an alarm clock.

    It's ok..
    This is a cheap made Alarm clock! It does not get loud! It also feels pretty flimsy/cheap! The light doesn't stay on! I don't know if this is a real Sharp™ brand tho! It would be okay for a desk clock or a small kids room that liked to have a small clock! It's Also different it takes batteries! So I use it as a desk clock!

    Sharp Small Alarm Clock...Not so Sharp!
    For me, this alarm clock was just too low to hear the alarm. If you miss it, it won't go off again unless you hit "snooze." It is nicely compact in size so I thought I could use it for travel, but I need a louder alarm sound. It does not illuminate unless you press the "snooze/light" button. It is limited for me. If you are a light sleeper than perhaps you would prefer a lower sound to wake you up. It does keep the correct time and you can read it in the daylight.

    Nah.
    Gosh it is tiny. I couldn't tell from the description that it was small and battery operated or else I wouldn't have sent for it. I thought I was getting a corded clock for my nightstand. I don't have any practical use for this. I rather use my smart phone as it is more portable, has more clock features and I can recharge my phone instead of replacing batteries.
