12" Amazing Mattress!
This bed is amazing! First, we visited our local mattress store... very pricey! This mattress had everything we were looking for... since it's a hybrid, it has springs and foam. Shipping was fast! We were skeptical of it being rolled in a box, but it was so easy to transport into our house and set up! It inflated quickly! We're hoping to purchase 2 more for the rest of the rooms in our house! You won't regret this purchase!

Very Disappointed
Received my mattress and also a bed frame and headboard in one delivery on May 30. I purchased mattress removal and disposal as well as assembly of my bed frame as this is a king size and I am an older lady with cancer who lives alone in a very rural area. The services I purchased were close to an additional $200. Walmart uses Angi to hire the pros to complete these services. The day I received my order I received texts and emails from Angi stating my bed frame assembly was scheduled for today, June 3 at 11 am and the mattress removal was also scheduled today at 2 pm (common sense should have been to complete this first). Every day for 5 days I received multiple reminders from Angi. Two hours before the first appointment I received a text and email advising the pro had “an issue” and rescheduled for June 5 at 7 pm then 2 hours before the second appointment I received another cancellation because the pro had “an issue” and rescheduled for June 6 at noon. Of course, this is the mattress removal. So I contacted Angi and they insisted the date and times I was given were not actual appointments but “booking times”. Basically, they put these dates and times out hoping a pro will take the appointment while the customer receives what are clearly messages committing to service dates and times. I went back and forth with Jenny at Angi's explaining that this method was deceiving to the customer and just made no sense. She actually told me she had pros she had to take care of, advised me that she had already explained it thoroughly enough and then hung up on me!!!! I am furious! Who's to say this won't reoccur on the next appointment dates? I apologize for the novella, but I want others who may need any assembly services to consider other arrangements.

    Love this bed! So comfy
    Second time ordering this same bed. Second time it came in early. Absolutely love the convenience of it coming in a box that I was able to move by myself. The bed is also extremely comfortable.

    Poor Quality
    I had to give one star because if I could have I would give 0 stars. I bought the mattress for an extra bedroom for guests. I opened up and gave it 48-72 hours to inflate and it did. I slept on it 3 days later to try it out and it was good. Had family to come over about a month later and my granddaughter who's 6 years old slept in it for two days. A week later I noticed a sink in the mattress so I checked it out and there were 2 big spots in the mattress that were sunk in. Shouldn't have to buy a new mattress after 3 months if the quality is good! The warranty card that's attached is a joke because no one can help you. I will never buy again!!!!!

    Im impressed with the quality for the price
    I'm so excited about this Mattress. I purchase the full size mattress for my 11 year and its perfect. The mattress is firm but still maintains its softness. Im so impressed with the mattress that Im going to purchase a Queen size for my guess bedroom. Im truly amazed at the quality for the price.

    Sleeping like a baby!
    This mattress is AMAZING! It's super soft and cool (temp wise) through the night. I've had this mattress for about 2 weeks and have slept sooo much better every night. I actually don't want to get out of bed in the morning, which for me, is an absolute miracle (I usually can't sleep past 530a and since this mattress, I've been making it to 730a). This mattress is worth every penny!

    Love the firmness and softness it has.
    I really love this mattress. The mattress is firm, but also has the softness because of the pillow top. Its an excellent price. At first when I opened it and lied it out, I was disappointed because it was hard and flat. Don't let that fool you. It just needs its time to fluff up. :)

    Super soft
    Super soft mattress at a great price. I got the softest one and it's like lying down on a pillow. The black and white mat hes the black box spring I bought. I bought this for my guest room but i enjoy sleeping on it as well. I let it expand for a couple of days definitely would recommend it to friends.

    Delivery was awfulness!
    I had a very hard time getting the box frame, (not a spring at all) delivered and had to make ten calls to Walmart and to FedEx in order to find out what had happened to my order..my item was apparently lost and I was given four different delivery dates. I had to have someone at my apartment all day every day to help. Once delivered. Both my mattress and box frame came on the same day. The frame was relatively easy to put together-folding out into place and sturdy. The matress, once out of the box, sprang into place immediately and did not require the 24-48 hours recommended, nor did it have an unpleasant odor. I am happy with both items, but very unhappy with the delivery service thru FedEx.
