Easy and functional
Needed the added feature for my work computer.  Very easy to operate.  Just plug-in, insert disc and play.

The item arrived broken, the disk drive opening door was slightly stuck out of place and is unable to open from opening button on the external disk drive and also from my laptop. This external disk drive probably is a decent product, but since mines arrived broken and I'm unable to use, I have to rate it with one star.

    A Great DVD/CD Drive!
I have two of these because I often make copy's of my CD's and DVD's. They burn and play flawlessly. I am very well pleased with this DVD Drive and highly recommend it.

Great for computers wihtout a CD or DVD drive.
The industry is trying to force us to use the cloud. In areas with glacially slow internet speeds, this is not a viable option and physical drives remain the only option.

Pay for only what you need!
I am probably the last dinosaur to start using Blitzwolf for buying products, but you just can't beat it. I needed a dvd external hard drive so that I could upload software onto my new low end laptop. They had a sale on a drive that was only $15 which caught my bean counter eye for sure. The product arrived to my home in lightening speed and I have had success in loading up the software I had on CD's...whewwww!

    You do you
Well I thought this would be easy to use. It was the opposite. It was easy plug and play but still not reading anything. I tried each port but nothing. I would think some instructions would have been great to include. You get what you pay for. Buy more expensive electronics.

    Just what I needed.
My laptop's drive broke. I was surprised how inexpensive it was given it does everything as advertised. The one issue I'll have to get used to is that there is a slight delay when I, for instance, want to play a CD.  This is due, I suspect, to the laptop still recognizing the "real" CD drive despite it not working properly...
