Not Funny!!!
You need to what before using them? Change frequencies from 2.4 to 5? The company name is not on the list from Alexas app? For a smart plug it sure makes the consumer feel like an idiot!! Not user friendly! Unless you are a rocket scientist or at least a computer nerd, stay away from this plug.

    these are easy to set up and seem to stay connected consistently. I appreciate that they're smaller than many of the outlet controllers out there which makes it less likely to obstruct other outlets.

    Won't connect. There is no reset button like the instructions says. There's no flashing light to indicate that it's trying to connect. Only has button on the side

    Great device if properly marketed!
    Paid $9.99 2 weeks ago. Great value for easy to setup and use, so I want some for gifts now. Upon returning the ad says Reduced Price!! The price increased by $4!!! I will NOT buy these until they return to $9.99.

    Powerful little remote power cube.
    Easy to install on 2.4 Ghz wifi. Status and control on multiple devices works fine and updates in real-time. Manual override button prevents "click frustration" or being stuck in the dark. Great little idea. Used one as a remote router hard reset. Click off, wait 20S, click again

    This looks like the ones ordered online that came from 3rd party and were more difficult to set up, then one kept turning on and off every couple seconds. Returned them and bought the Merkury plugs in store which cost less and work fine.

    Can't connect to home wifi - Returning
    instructions want you to download an app that says it can be harmful to your device. even after doing that I couldn't get them to connect to my wifi. I use comcast with the 2.4
