Delivery was prompt, The product was easy to construct and went into service immediately. I like the adjustability in the height as well as the extensions on the upper side rails and I can easily foll it around in relatively narrow spaces quietly and smoothly.

Not as advertised
The item does not look like the photo. It has two equal height hanging rails rather than unequal height. The construction is not commercial quality. Consumer grade, same as I could buy at Lowes. Very disappointed.

    Easiest, Best Rack I Ever Bought.
    Easiest and best rack. Took me all of 3 minutes to put together. The bottom half including casters comes pre-assembled. All I had to do what put the rack bars into the frame. Not only does it hold its shape when loaded, it is very lightweight. I plan to buy another one.

    Just what I was looking for
    Exactly what I needed when my closet shelf decided to come out of the wall. Instead of my clothes sitting on the floor this came in handy! It's big, sturdy, has arms that extend further if I need them to and it was extremely easy to put together. So happy with my purchase and highly recommend.

    Heavy Duty Commercial Garment Rack looks just like online picture it was an great price quick delivery..very easy setup.. sturdy..it Rolls the wheels for easy movement that locks n sturdy as well the bottom bars I can add baskets the rack can hold up to 200 pounds top pole can be extended to short or long..my usage for this rack is for my online clothing store I only ordered one will definitely have to order another one.. I love it an great item to purchase if you looking for an clothing rack an great size that won't take lots of space actually a great rack..just an example the sturdy metal and wheels like the baskets from the wash house when you have to transfer your clothes from the washer to the dryer..Works for me
