Good for looks ONLY.
Thin and they melt and shrivel. First use, 350 degree pan in oven after 40 minutes, used the red side against the baking pan (since another review shows silver side melted) and not only did I almost drop the pan (heat came through too quick), but the red fabric side melted and shriveled away.

    Better late than never
    Other than it took almost 2 weeks to get, I am very happy with them. It is much more comfortable taking pans out of the oven

    Not so good.
    I thought these pot holders would be great no they got messed up for the 1st using them. They was sticking to the oven rack.

    Get these, they are very nice! Good as a gift.
    Bought a rich cocoa brown set for myself; bought a silver set as a gift. Just great...handsome, good weight, plain color ~~ not a dorky, folksy pattern like so many potholders. Makes a nice kitchen gift. Several colors are available when in stock. Just right for a dignified kitchen.

    Just great...handsome, good weight, nice plain color ~~ not a junky dorky pattern like so many potholders. Makes a nice kitchen gift! Several colors are available...I chose brown which is just right for a dignified kitchen.

    Nice as decoration but...
    If items are over 400 degrees use two because they heat up fast. Good as a trivet or a hanging decoration. Not real rugged.

    Only one side is heat resistant
    The shiny material makes them look like they are from the Jetsons. Not a bad thing, but the shiny side is not heat resistant and shrivels when it touches a hot pan. Im still using them, but they are not great quality. Three come in a pack. Looking at the tag, the shiny side is considered the back so I shouldnt have used that side to touch the pan. Who knew a hot pad could be one sided! Pics are after 5 months of occasional use. They look nice out of the package.

    I like'em! ordering more for summer BBQ!
    Basic-durable-washable and well padded for hot handed needs. The hard to find black fabric pot holders matched our b/w retro style travel camper. The brown in our home kitchen as we cook A LOT. The red is fun- but always out of stock. The silver does not wash well- the silver color cones off.... but they still pad well for sloppy BBQ jobs with messy riibs Under $5.00 for 3 is great. 4-10-2018
