A Nice Toy
I received the Spark Teach Me Backpack yesterday and my son and I love it so much. My 3 years old boy is the one who is using it. He just turned 3 this July and prior to this toy, he is mostly used to the phonic toys and sound effect books. I really appreciate the fact that with the Spark Teach Me Backpack, he can learn how to draw different shapes such as square, star, triangle, and circle. He can learn about different animals' names and the sound that they make. He can learn about the fruit, their colors, and shapes as well. Moreover, he can learn about the numbers, multiplication, division, minus, and addition, signs. This is a plus for a three-year-old child's learning skills. He has been having so much fun stamping with the shapes and drawing letters on the board. I was going to complain about the fact that it is a bit difficult to pop out some of the shape stamps and letters, but then I thought that it is a good thing that they are sturdily stored because we won't lose them. I think it would be nicer if the backpack's straps were covered with some sort of soft fabric. I noticed that the actual straps can be irritating to the skin if worn on a longer period, which my son is doing right now. Overall, I love it and I would recommend it.

Cute little learning pack
The kiddo loves it this backpack it is teaching them to count, say their letters, learn 4 shapes, learn about 4 animals, and write. It is small enough to carry on the back, and take it with us wherever we go. The thing I do not like is that the letters are not magnetized to write with on the magnetic board like the shapes. I think if they was then the children could take a letter and use it to say it and it show on the magnetic board or push them and it says the letter. Other then that it is a great learning toy the letters do come out which make for losing them easily. But it is a great toy to carry with you on long road trips, to church, to grandma's house wherever you may go this little backpack stores easily cause of the small flat size it is.

    So fun and educational!
    I love this backpack! My 16 month baby loves stuff like this! She loves being able to learn, press buttons, draw, and hear sounds. She can perfectly hold the little pen and has already mastered the form. Coloring is now one of her favorite things. Because of learning with this pen she can even easily use colored pencils now. She's already learning some of her ABCs, colors, animals, and animal sounds. I love that this all conveniently packs up and easily travels with us wherever we go. It's super easy to take along to Dr appointments, play dates, grandparents houses, or car rides. My older children enjoy interacting with her with this backpack. They don't mind carrying it on their back for her either. The colors are so bright and fun! The sounds are clear. There is so much for her to learn and do! It really is such a great idea for a learning toy! I can't praise it or recommend it enough! I hope this helps you make a choice!

    At home or on the go activity
    This is a good learning backpack. It has uppercase letters A to Z on one size, which are removable My 4 year old seems to enjoy using it. The letters however fits in a groove, you have to pull down then pull out towards you in order to get them out. This might me a little difficult for smaller kids to pull out, but they snap right back in for storage and they do not fall out. It also has 4 shapes that are removable and can be stamped on the etch skech pad. By the press of special buttons it also teaches 4 colors, fruits and animals/sounds. It's really great for on the go activitiy or even a Dr's appointment. The concept is great but would be excellent if pressing the letters would actually teach the letter sound and name. For me if this was a feature it would be perfect. Overall I would recommend it since there are many ways to use this to help your young one practice writing and learning letters and shapes, the ideas are endless. It also fits on my 4 year old back after adjusting the straps, which means he can transport his own backpack. I have to admit it's well built and very sturdy and to me it will last a long time even with rough kids like mine.

    Kind of boring...
    I was hoping to use this as a Christmas gift for my 3 year old but I quickly realized this would be really boring for him. I thought the letters were buttons but they are not. I'm not sure what purpose they serve. They do pop out but they don't come out easily. You also can't really trace them on the writing board. The only buttons are the 8 on the right side. They are super simple - Cow, pig, dog, cat and red, orange, purple, and yellow. All of which my 3 year old already knows. There was no age specification on the package. I think this could be ok for a 2 year old but it honestly just doesn't do very much. We already own a magnetic drawing board with the magnet shapes so we didn't really have a need for it. If the letters were buttons I would have highly recommended this but alas - they don't! Really disappointed. If you don't already own a drawing board the magnet shapes do come out very clear and it would be enjoyable to color on.

    Spark Teach Me Backpack
    This is a super cute learning backpack. It is hard plastic that snaps shut and has straps to carry it like a backpack. Inside one side are a plastic Alphabet set that you can remove to learn to spell or learn your ABCs. This teaches your toddler letter recognition, interaction and imagination. The other side has animals and shapes and teaches your child basic shapes. This side also has a magic screen with a stylus that they can write on it and erase it. I'm very impressed with this interactive toy.

    Perfect for a Car Ride! (or church!)
    We opened this up this morning and our 4 year wore it to church. He was busy the entire time playing with this!! It was quiet too. We're going on vacation this week and we are for sure bringing this backpack! It fits him perfectly and he's so proud wearing it. This would be a great gift for a younger child. It will keep them busy!!

    Adorable Learning Backpack!
    My son absolutely loves this educational backpack, and I love it because it makes learning fun. It teaches letters, colors, animals, fruits, shapes and writing. My son will also use this for many years, as he learns to spell. My only complaint is that the letters and especially the shapes/magnets are extremely difficult to pull out, even for me. But, other than that I love this learning backpack and I would definitely recommend it for your toddler's development.

    So cute
    The backpack is easy for my kids to wear. My 3 and 4 year old love the back pack my complaint is the letters are some what difficult to get in and out and they dont serve much purpose. It would be nice if they had a magnets on the back of them my boys fought over the backpack because they enjoyed it so much. And the straps are very easy to adjust to wear
