my favorite braided line
This line is very smooth and runs through the rod eyes without that abrasive humming most other braids give. Casts really well. It also tolerates a good amount of twisting without causing wind knots. The line is more flat in shape than other braided line I have used. I like this as it loads well in the reel. Great line. I only wish it was available in larger spools. 500 or 1500yds spools would be very helpful.

both 15 and 30lb line kept breaking on hook set
I am an avid fisherman in South Florida. After years of friends telling me the virtues of braided I decided to finally try it. I picked up Spiderwire EZ braid in 15 and 30lb for my baitcasters. I must say I am very disappointed. Both have broken at hook set and even while casting. I have tried Palomar and Improved Clinch thinking it was me. It doesnt matter which knot I tie they both have been below acceptable in performance. I have lost top water lures, shallow water cranks and swim baits. not counting the expensive Gamakatsu hooks.

    Terrible. 20# test should not break from a hookset
    Terrible. New line purchased in October to catch steelhead. Today was the last day I'm using this. Broken line again in a hook set for a small bass - under 3 pounds. I have a strong hook set for sure but no way 20# braid should be popping. Just took it off my spool.

    Ive used this line in the past and wasn't a fan. But, that was on a baitcaster. On the baitcaster it felt like it was causing drag when casting. Fast forward to now and on my catfish spinning reel it works awesome. What's better than getting heavy rated line with the size of a significantly lighter set up?

    Line is coming apart AFTER A WEEK!
    I've used this line for over a decade but just won't buy it again. The last 2 boxes of 15 and 20 lb line started unraveling within a week of spooling up. Too expensive and time consuming to play around with a hit and miss quality. Went to another brand for all my setups

    Last nothing
    I bought this from market and thought it good deal. It cast really nice and was smooth. Couple hours later line was extremely worn. Stripes was open and coloring was vanish. Cutting with pocket knife was really easy, even too easy. Spool front and rod's rings was great shape, so line not last long. Really poor quality.
