HORRIBLE BROKE I. 39 DAYS
0 stars, the shaft in the t rotor assembly kit broke causing it to pump to not work. only had this a little over 30 days. I want compant/seller to send me a replacement part.

    The pump stopped after a week
    Hi There! I am wondering if this item came with a warranty? The power cord/timer is working, we can change the timer and hit the "test" and "Reset" buttons and see the display change, but the pump will not actually turn on. It ran fine, maybe a little loud, for a little over a week before just stopping. Please let me know how to move forward. I've tried to "Contact Seller" but it will not allow me to send the message. I will happily adjust this review once we get this taken care of.

    poor or defective. Does not even move the water
    Does not work like it is supposed to. I had to replace mine so I bought the best one 1500 gal and it doesn't move the water like it should. Every week I have to ad shock to keep pool from turning green.

    Enjoying summer
    I was pleased to be able to replace my old filter and I received it in 3 days. Not ready to give up my pool and this just extended its use for another few years !

    Not worth the money
    The pump is easy to install. However, they do not last. We have done everything that we are supposed to do with the pump and they do not last long at all and very expensive to replace. Our pump lasted 3 months. This one is the second pump we have bought since we got our pool last May.

    The first one they sent me didn't work I sent it back the second one they sent me worked perfectly not explaining the full story it took two weeks to get this pump system, The two gentlemen that assisted me were excellent and I commend them but the fact that it comes from China bothers me but it is what it is they were good

    Waiting patiently
    Arrived in a timely manner but when I hooked up the skimmer filter pump it ran for about an hour and shut off. I have since returned it as of 6/5/2021 through FedEx. I have not received a email or any confirmation that they have received it or that they have sent me a new pump. Waiting patiently as my pool water turns green.

    It came fast and already put together!!
    I asked my son to help me put this together and he being a lazy teen wanted to sleep so to my surprise when I opened the box it was already put together!! It took less then ten minutes. Awesome product works great!!
