Best tool ever
Perfect, works well and faster than some other trimmers, very surprised cause the price was low, very light and already had the trimmer thread in, out door task easily done, thank you so much for being very good to your customers

Worst trimmer ever!
I bought this trimmer as an inexpensive way to bridge the gap while my gas trimmer was in the shop. The worst decision I made was to buy this Sun Joe trimmer. Difficult to handle and maneuver; a safety button on the handle that is not easily located for use on an electric trimmer. The auto feed is just that, it uses all of the terrible string in seconds. Then your stuck to purchase only their pre-wound replacement spools, which are over priced. Do not waste your time or money on this product.

    I love my new Sun Joe electric grass trimmer!
    The Sun Joe TRJ13STE Electric Grass Trimmer works great! The only question I have is, once the initial spool of trimmer line is empty, do I need to buy another one or can I simply load additional trimmer line manually into the existing spool? Thanks!

    Great electric grass trimmer at a great price
    Very easy to use. Lightweight and does the job as noted. Would highly recommend. Great price for a great product. Have bought others previously for much more and they didn't do as good as a job as the Sun Joe grass trimmer.

    A Good Electric Tool!
    I like this tool because in the past I don't need to gas up or charge up to rid weeds or do edging. I can just plug up this tool with an outdoor extension cord and get the job done--no stopping and starting to recharge or gas fills. With a strong arm, one can handle it because it's not light in weight. However, Sun Joe made it and their tools are good!

    Not worth the heartache
    Buyer's beware I bought this in November just opened the box this Juns and after 10 mins of use the spool ends and you can't find replacments for it even at Sun Joe look at the reviews This problem goes back 2yrs wish I had have know would have bought something else.

    GOT WHAT I PAID FOR
    Well, I guess I got what I paid for. We were trying to find the best deal on a trimmer, so I ordered this one. Honestly, I have been spending more time sitting on the porch trying to rethread the trimmer line than I do actually using the thing. Also I cannot find a way to remove the spool in order to attach a blade cutter, if that is even possible, and they don't make one for this model. Also the cover on the line spool is extremely difficult to remove, and I badly gashed my left thumb with a screwdriver the first time I tried. CAVIAT EMPTOR. Buyer, PLEASE spend a little more money and get a better trimmer than this. You will thank me.

    It's impossible to keep both strings out at the same time. If one breaks, you have to remove the line cartridge to run the line out of the holes. I live in town so my yard is not that big, yet I have not managed to do the whole thing in one day. I'm ready to chunk this one in the trash.

    String is important to a string trimmer
    Why is the recommended string not available, with no idea if it will be available again. The trimmer works fine, but I will return it if when I need string I cannot obtain it.

    Eh. Nice at first...
    At first, I was happy because it's lightweight.. Then, it seemed like the line constantly had to be fed. My yard is only 25 ft by 35', so one would expect to have very minimal wear on the trimmer line. I need replacement spools and can't find them anywhere. Had I known I wouldn't be able to find it, I would have gotten a better weed trimmer.

    Wasn't Designed with Lefties in Mind
    FYI, SunJoe, there are left-handed people in the world who need to weed eat. This product has the safety button on the left side and it's impossible to press it AND press the starter. How bout you put the safety button on the top of the handle so right- or left-handed people could use it. I got my nbor to start it for me and did a little trimming but he won't be around forever so it's going back to Walmart
