Arrived well packaged and in excellent condition.... Assembly was not complicated.... all parts and tools required were included. Appears to be well constructed.... will see how it lasts. I am a 65 year old male, and I assembled it by myself in 30 minutes or so....actually, it took about as much time to unpack (being as all components were so well wrapped) as it did to assemble. All in all satisfied with my purchase.

Does not work
Worked for 10 minutes then stopped working. We dont go over weight limit or anything, it just stopped working. Had to return it

    Broken not even a year old
    Awful. Worked alright until the peddles stopped working. My husband fixed it but then it broke again. I'm so upset considering I haven't even had it for a year

    Don't waste your money
    Same as all other reviews, using since purchase in February, last week sounds like a tractor and feels jerky when pedaling. Difficult finding support. Nice bike unfortunately not worth the price at all!!

    it's v comfortable and easy to handle bike .i m v happy with this purchase .the only thing which i m not happy was hard to assemble.

    This bike lasted only one month; something inside the wheel is broken, it rattles loudly and is hard to peddle ... it was ok while it lasted. :(

    You get what you pay for! (Or don't)
    Like other customers, my machine lasted @ 3 months then started to sound like it had “knock in the engine”. This is the the second time I have attempted to buy cheap and not been happy. May first purchase was an Exerpeutic 1000. It started giving me metal shavings within the 1st month of use.

    Can't get support for this machine.
    I love this machine, but now it is making noises when I use it. Sounds like a tractor! I've tried to reach support, but can't get anyone. No phone calls accepted

    Spent more time repairing than riding.
    Not even 5 hours after set up, the belt slipped off. This is the part the manufacturer puts together for you before sending out. After putting it back on, the belt slipped off again the next day. After further research we found that this was a common issue with this machine. We sent it back and ordered another brand. I gave it 2 stars because Walmart was awesome about it and accepted it back with no hesitation. I ordered the new bike with them and will continue to order from them. I won't order another Sunny Health product though.
