Stick Like Glue
Had top plate but just got bottom plate - just a temporary for six months which is not a real good fit. Lots of trouble with rubbing and sores. Thought I'd try to see if this would help it stay in place. IT'S FANTASTIC****** I would recommend it to anyone. It's not like putting the stuff on in the tub and then having trouble cleaning the gunk out at night - it STICKS and you can simply put them in to soak with your cleaner and WELLA....they're ready to wear in the morning!

Rotten denture strips
This item oozes onto denture teeth for the time it's in after about an hour. Does not last for more than 3-4 hours. Shouldn't even be sold!! I tried both ways directions suggested. Neither works. Doesn't even deserve one star.

    love these
    I love the ease of the strips. i have 2 partials. The top one has teeth to hold onto since it's only for 1 tooth. But the other is for missing back teeth and only holds to gums. With the strips, I can can to right length and I'm done...no mess, easy to carry in purse or wallet.

    No Go
    Do not buy! Initially I was hopeful upon using them...but when you remove your dentures, youll be removing "glue" for days!? I actually think the strips dissolved?

    These strips do their job. However, they are individually wrapped and very difficult to remove from their wrapper with older, stiffer and less flexible hands.

    I don't personally use, but buy for loved one. He says that he has issues with the pastes. They cause his heart to race. These strips he doesn't have to worry about. As far as holding the dentures in, they keep them in nice. However, he says that drinking several hot beverages (he's an all day coffee drinker) or large bowl of soup makes them not as secure. If he is at home, he'll let them be loose and take his dentures out right after dinner. If he is out and about or has company, he must redo the strips fresh late afternoon/early evening to avoid any mishaps. Hope this helps.

    Just as I thought
    You know, if it seems to good to be true, it usually is. So is the case with this item. They do not hold a full upper denture in place for even a second. Too bad though; it is a fabulous idea.

    Excellent Denture Adhesive!
    My husband & I both have used Poligrip Strips for years. Unfortunately, our local Walmart has stopped carrying them, so have to order online, but thank goodness we can at least get them there. Excellent product, no messy leaks, and hold beautifully!
