Christmas joy!
I got this for my 9 year old and she loves it! It takes a bit of practice to use, (don't be me; make sure there isn't an antique radio in the way of the novice before riding indoors). Waiting for it to charge back up was the biggest obstacle, although it really doesn't take that long if you're not 9.

Piece of crap! Brought this for my 4 year old for Christmas. She rode it maybe 4 times. Now it won't charge! DO NOT BUY WASTE OF MONEY!

    Terrible experience. Pay more, get better
    Be sure to register upon purchase and keep your serial number because you will need it. I got this for my nephew for Christmas and he consistently had issues. First it kept beeping and couldn't balance, then one tire stopped moving, and finally it stopped turning on. We contacted the manufacturer once it stopped charging and we were past the warranty because I bought early.

    Poor quality
    I dont think this hoverboard even lasted 2 hours before breaking. Battery only lasted about 20 mins at a time. used very little and we had light flashing that meant bad battery and wheel damage.

    I like the lighting. My daughter loves it, but she fell off it, because the charge went out. It doesn't stay charge long at all, that is what I dislike about it. I would have paid a little more for the hoover board, not sure if the charging would have made a difference. I bought this, this past Christmas on sale. Just becareful with the unnoticed charging going out when riding

    Don't waste your money
    I bought this for a Christmas present and my son was never able to use it. We charged it all night and it would never turn on. We tried for days to get it to work. When we tried to take it back to Walmart, we were told it was too long since we bought it. I guess that is what happens when you by in early November but don't open it until Christmas. So my son wasn't able to ever use his big gift for the year. Very disappointed.

    Don't get this! Waisting time and money!
    opened it christmas morning and one side of it was blinking red or orange. Then the next thing we know it wouldn't work at all! I'm so mad!!!!! My son can't ride it because the stupid thing won't cut on! I wouldn't recommend this brand to anybody!

    Don't Buy!
    I bought two of these for my boys for Christmas. One wouldn't even turn on and the other wouldn't hold a charge for more than 10 minutes! Also Walmart would only take one back because the 30 day return policy expired on one of them since we received in November, even though it wasn't opened until Christmas. It didn't offer a Walmart warranty to purchase either. We are now trying to get the manufacturer to fix it. Save yourself the headache and get a better brand.

    Christmas bummer
    Very nice board if it turned on. The top board lights turned on when plugged in every thing looked as if it was going to work but after charging all the way press the button and nothing happens I tried holding the button as well and nothing. It was somewhat of a bummer on Christmas.

    Item came in box that says what's inside!
    So I was super excited to get this for my son for Christmas and then I was delivered while I was out and my son found it before I did and normally that wouldn't be an issue as things normally don't come in boxes with pictures and a description of what's in the box…so his big present is now ruined for Christmas. I'm so upset and sad that I won't get to surprise him such a huge disappointment.
