Works Great!
I love the Swiffer wet jet mop set. Initially, it is necessary to set it up. This is simple. Simply shove the handle into the part that holds the mopping solution, install the AA batteries, attach a mopping pad, and pop in the liquid cleanser. To release the mopping solution on areas of the floor where it's needed, simply press the button on the handle. Cleanser shoots out of the little jets above the mopping pad, and it sounds like a tiny little airplane when it is actually releasing cleansing solution properly. It works amazingly well. I have wood floors, tile, and vinyl floors in my home. This mop tackles them all. I especially love the heavy duty mopping pads that are included as part of the kit. It is like having a plastic dish scrubber attached to the end of the mop. The kit also includes regular mopping pads for easier jobs. This mop is lightweight, and a breeze to use. The only downside would be that one will need to continue purchasing mopping solution, and cleansing pads for the mop. Also, the batteries will need to periodically be replaced. However, to me, it is well worth it for the convenience of not having to lug a mop bucket around, or wring out a regular mop. This is a great purchase for everyone who hates cleaning floors. Swiffer wet jet makes mopping fun!

Not very pleased.
I used this exactly 20 times since purchase. Yesterday it would not work. I changed batteries, checked jets and nothing. Never used more than 1 pad each time on a pretty clean house. It should still work. It still looks brand new.

    Not Worth It
    The Swiffer Wetjet starter kit is not worth it. I used all the cleaning fluid in 3 days. You have to change cleaning pads all the time creating more trash not eco friendly. Plus the cost of the pads and cleaning fluid is not worth it. I would not buy again.

    No Water or Buckets Needed!
    Fantastic! Easy to use without needing any water or mop buckets. Cleans floors really well and you can just throw away the Swiffer pad after completion. Truly a great option if you're in a spot where you don't have running water abundant. Just spray it and get it done! Would buy again and recommend!

    Easy to use
    Kinda took a while to get it to work, comes with everything inside kit. I thought it was broken cause it wouldn't spray, but you're supposed to jam in the bottle til it clicks lol

    Good concept, but poor design
    Handle broke on our second use. The design of the handle is poor because they added a screw to the hand grip, creating a weak point. Love the idea to be able to do a quick mop, but don't love investing money into solution/pads if it's going to break quickly.

    Horrible delivery and packaging.
    Box was ripped apart, Swifter was not new, 3 mop pads missing, and no instructions or manual included. Other items may be missing but with no documents, no way of telling.

    I like it better than the regular swifter but not as much as a steam mop. But it’s great for a quick clean or small spill.

    It looks used. Lots of dirt. Had batteries in if that didn't work. The new batteries did but it would not squirt the liquid out correctly. Took pictures. Will return. The dirt was on and in it and I just picked it up today.
