too buggy, website sucks! Won't update!
I'm going to be honest with you, the instructions sucks! Doesn't tell u nothing about troubleshooting, how to update the sound bar, how to pair your phone to it, or use the built-in wifi! Looked online for help, the site doesn't give you enough info, so went another route, and half the info didn't work, subwoofer got unpaired, so had to unplug everything, and remove all wires, then plugged the sound bar and subwoofer back, and it paired, put everything back together. finally got the instructions to do an update to hopefully fix the bugs it has, and the instructions misled me, then I start hating this sound bar. Took It back to the store, and exchanged for another one, took it home hooked it up, same problems. hook up the Xbox One X, and the picture keeps going out like the previous sound bar, tried updating it, and it never updates, or restarts, so I've had enough fustraction with this crap!!! Taking my it back first thing in the morning, and get the Walmart Onn dolby atmos sound bar. Anyone who wants nothing but headaches after headaches, buy this garbage, otherwise, buy a reputable manufacturer sound bar with 12x less headaches. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself!

    Great soundbar under $300.00
    As has been discussed there is a lip sync issue. I have only seen it once where the audio was a split second ahead so it looks like the reporter for the news re-recorded her audio. However once I allowed passthrough via the audio section the issue went away. The packaging is big mainly due to the subwoofer. The soundbar itself fits perfectly under my 65” HiSense 4K Dolby vision TV. I had a Yamaha soundbar in 2020 which was good but the audio wasn't as natural sounding as it is here. I set this up on Xbox Series X via the Dolby access app. It was easy once I checked “Allow Passthrough” in additional audio options. Without doing that it will be muted. I'm still tinkering with it and will finish my review once the sub woofer is set up, and I watch some Dolby Atmos movies.

    Audio/picture sync nightmare
    Beware if trying to use with a TCL TV. I have the latest 65” series 6 TV (Google TV version) and I purchased this soundbar thinking it would work flawlessly and it has been a nightmare to get the audio to sync up with the picture. After many back and forth with TCL support, I still don't have a resolution. Can't figure out if the issue is on the TV side or soundbar. The soundbar itself is acceptable for the price. Bass are a little weak but the tiny sub can only do so much. The rest of the audio spectrum is pretty well rendered, with clear voices, etc. I stupidly discarded the packaging and couldn't return or it would have gone back.

    Sub pops. If sub un-syncs, it's nearly impossible getting it to sync back. On PC it's detected as a second monitor, causing many problems with your primary monitor. Sound stage is strange. Bar volume not loud enough for the sub.

    Sounds good. The mounting is easy, comes with a template. Rich bass, voice is clear. I have a TCL TV and they work well together.

    Good value sound bar
    Reasonable priced, dialog is clear as I'm hard of hearing, the lip sync issues discussed in earlier reviews is an issue for me, maybe because I'm reading lips. The sound bar remote will compensate, as the lip sync can be adjusted.
