I need a refund I did not receive my package
I didn't get my package can you please send me my money back I don't know why they would just leave it outside it was supposed to be put in the hallway or he could've knocked on the door now This is so unprofessional please help me get a refund

    GREAT BIRTHDAY GIFT…
    Everything was great!, the shipping was fast and nothing was damaged. Loved the Bumper Car!. My grandson loved it so much, it was the first thing he went to when he first woke up the next morning. It was on sale and it was worth the money that was spent. I would recommend the Bumper Car for any 3 year old. It made a great Birthday gift!!. ?

    DEFECTIVE
    PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. Bought two. BOTH DEFECTIVE WITH SAME PROBLEM. Same wire missing on both units that power it. My husband is over the road driver. Wasn't available to assemble until it was past the 30 day return to Walmart. Every time I attempt to send message to company get the message that there is technical problem, try again later. Been trying for FOUR DAYS. If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. BOTH UNITS DEFECTIVE. Tells me there is NO quality control at this company and if you can't reach them then you can't resolve problem or get a refund.

    As soon as i recieved put it together. i had to actually open it all the way up ?. My wires for the wheel motor was inside. Once all that was connected then i see the wire to my battery connection is missing. Had to open AGAIN ?? to find that wire. Once all together works like a charm. Needs better quality control with manufacturing!!!!

    Not great.
    Theses do not operate very well. The problem has to do with how the wheels are constructed. And, though they have a 12 volt battery, they operate slower than the 6 volt of a different brand. I would not buy this again.
