Non-Existent Tech Support
Router broke after 9 months. I contacted tech support and the person was clearly reading from a script. All they could do was send me videos that did not address my problem. Stay away from this brand. I solved my problem by replacing with a netgear router.

    TP-Link support = running around the mulberry bush
    I am sure that this is a good product, but TP-Link support seems to be nothing but "running around the mulberry bush." Three hours of chat, one email with screen shots and finally a phone call, all over three days. The time was wasted since they did not cure my problem, but they did manage to wear me out. I received all that because I called and asked why my wifi speed was not up to their claims. In fact, via wifi vs ethernet cable, laptop sitting beside the router, the wifi speed was half of the wired speed. Tremendously poor support. Buyer beware!

    Good Value Gigabit Router
    This TP-Link C7 has tripled my download speed; coverage within the home has improved; almost hands free setup; no more buffering while watching streaming videos. Wi-Fi (both 2,4 and 5) solid throughout the home (Single story/1500 sqft.). Walmart delivered the product ahead of scheduled delivery and was securely packaged. Price was outstanding.

    This extended wireless service farther than the xfinity equipment modem. Very easy to set up. I should have purchased my own equipment 6 years ago. Saving myself $170 in xfinity rental fees a year and have more reliable service with this item.

    Good router, but there is a problem.
    Nice wi-fi power for my home. A disappointment is that after setting it up I discovered that it won't work with my Canon printer. They show a list online, while it's being set up, of printers with which it's compatible. Had that list been on the packaging, I would not have bought this router. Now I must use my wi-fi ready printer with a cable and my wife can't access it with her laptop.

    unstable after 6 month. terrible customer service
    After 6 months, it keeps dropping WIFI connection and recovers in a few seconds. The customer service is terrible. They just insist that I try all the combinations of bandwidth and channels, which was what I already did before asking for their help. Extremely disappointed

    Perfect should have bought years ago.
    Great!! Love it, however I did not get an invoice with it. I can not register the item with TP link with out a copy of the invoice. I have taken screen shots of my order spent day trying to get good picture. I will try again with my scanner. It looks like I will just have to forget the warranty though TP Link
