This laptop was purchased for my 7yr. old grandson and he is ecstatic with it. Easy for him to use and fantastic parental controls that were appreciated by his father and me his grandmother. Would highly recommend this product.

Not happy with this laptop
I received it Friday my son was so excited the next day lap tap crashed didnt work wouldnt let me do anything the worst part is I place the order from Walmart and it was a third party seller which is hard to contact and speak with someone to at least get help fixing it. Everything was email had to send back now wait.

    I was able to turn on the laptop and set it up which is very easy and smooth but by morning we could not turn on the laptop at all we hold the button down it does not turn on we have charged it for hours it still does not turn on it just stopped working.

    Tanoshi is a great company!
    We really enjoy the design of the little 2in1. My grand-daughter and I enjoy playing Stack the States at bedtime on the tablet option. Very convenient! When I encountered a problem, I contacted Tanoshi and received the very best Customer Service I have ever had with any company. Really grateful for the experience and absolutely would work with this company again.

    Great product for it's price! Love family link option. I set it as at 9 pm my daughter can't use it, screen blocks and says It's bed time, see you tomorrow)) She likes that she can use it as laptop or tablet!

    My child is able to do homework (like Prodigy, Scratch, etc.) and play games (like Madden Football, MLB Innings, etc.). While he is on his Tanoshi, I can monitor his screen time. Yay! I like the parent notifications when there are any changes or additions. He likes that it can be used as a laptop with keyboard or as a tablet. FYI, Madden Football works better when it's a tablet and not attached to the keyboard. :) It's a perfect size and price for an elementary student. We love it.
