Difficult for 1 person to put together
It's very difficult for 1 person to put together on their own. Not complicated instructions, but heavy and bulky pieces. The chair itself is great. Perfect for tall people, easily adjustable to many settings, and very comfortable for 10 hour days of sitting. It lost 1 point due to the stress and frustration of trying to lift a heavy awkward chair onto a tiny set of wheels as they rolled away; you only have a 1" hole that you can't even see to work with. Attaching the top to the seat is also awkward and difficult with only 1 person. I almost sent it back.
