Missing parts
Please make sure that all parts are in it before putting your new pet in it or buying it. If you have to return due to hoses missing, you have to return the whole thing. And if you have your turtle or fish already, what can you do but keep the tank and cut your losses.

    Very pleasing to the eye. My turtles love it.
    Love this but i took a star off because I received it and it was a bit broken. The lid piece had a part that broke that holds the lid on neatly. Its large so Im not trying to return it. And the lock on the lid also was broken. The lid, if you have wires that are rounded like we do for a water heater it creates a problem. The wires that are attached to the supplies that come with it are flat and fit just perfectly to get out of the lid and into the outlet. So i will try to accommodate by cutting the lid a bit but other than that the tank is great. My turtles LOVE it! Its an excellent starter setup. Also, it was shipped very carefully . The packaging was great!

    The FedEx left my 100 dollar tank at the neighbors. Like how hard is it to read numbers. And who's to say they would have given it to me if I didn't see it meanwhile my turtle could have died waiting on his new tank. The tank and everything that comes with it is very good. Worth the money. My tank wasn't cracked just needed to be cleaned. It didn't come with the rocks u have to add

    Great item. The only two reasons I didn't give it a 5 was because the filtration system can be loud and it would be nice if there was a little slot on top to drop food in. Just nitpicking. Really good item my turtle (Yoda aka The Jedi) Loves it!!!

    Came cracked
    It came with cracks in it right out of the box, which was annoying considering how much I paid for it. It also doesn't come with rocks or any other decorations, so you'll have to get some. The pump is nice and the filters last for about two weeks. The lamps are my turtle's favorite part, he loves to sit under them. The bridge doesn't stay in one place and my turtle is always moving it trying to get on, but I think he has fun with it.

    Good turtle tank
    Good set, nice filter looks like a big rock. Seems to be working well so far. Baby painted turtle is happy. Its super heavy with a little bit of water. Need to people to pick it up. Lights are a little awkward on top, no real place to put them so I just lay them on the top. It didnt come with gravel had to buy that separately. Also bought a few of our own plants and decor separately
