NOT NEW!!!
I bought this product for my high school daughter. After receiving this product, we found that it had been USED and opened. We also found that there was a history of everything that was typed on it. I am very DISAPPOINTED in walmart, especially since we spent $118 on something that was suppose to be new. We have to keep it because we do not have time to get a new one before she needs it. Walmart needs to fix this issue

It was not, I received the older model. It's still the right color, and does most of the same functions, but don't expect the new Python model even though that it was is pictured.David

This is one step down but added color. The multiple colors on the graphs helps considerably. I am an adjunct professor at a local University and use it for both my Modeling Algebra and Pre-Calculus courses.GlennOH

It arrived about 75% charged, and my daughter has been using this week in class and has not had to charge it yet. It comes with a rigid plastic cover that slides off the front and can slide on the back for the time that she is using the calculator--I love that! My daughter was delighted to see that it has the periodic table on it--could be handy for Chemistry too.speedycart

It is user friendly and someone who is not a "math person" can learn to use it. There are other calculators out there that are less expensive but you get what you pay for and Texas Instruments will not let you down. Mine have lasted for many years through many uses and with new ones coming out in fun colors I find myself giving them away so I can purchase a new one in a fun color! I am a science and math teacher in a community college plus I have a tutoring business. these are the only calculators I use for the high school and college students. I have purchased Texas instruments calculator for younger students and for myself as a basic calculator. You will be pleased with the calculator plus Walmart makes it easy to afford it with their great prices.Diamonddiana

There was a nice magenta color which my daughter would have loved, so I thought I selected it. But when I picked it up, it was black. Disappointed, I realized that all the various colors had the exact same SKU and webpage. In other words, you have no control of the color. I think this is a bad business decision for Walmart. No one wants to be surprised like that anymore, in this day of computerized inventory. Just list the exact color, or else there will inevitably be some disappointed customers who hoped it would be one color or another.Cambridge7

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/05/2016Incorrect labeling on Walmart websiteUnfortunately, the sku numbers for the TI-84 plus CE on the website were actually the numbers for the TI-84 plus graphing calculator, so that's the one that arrived at the store. Since my child needed it & I know TI makes good products, we just kept the regular 84. My rating is more for Walmart than the calculator. The sales receipt & what I looked at online were just like the picture above, but that's not what I got when I picked-up my order.MMeyer
