Perfect for women's hands
I love Pioneer Woman line, but it was the first time trying these 12” tongs, and I have to say it, it is perfect opening and perfect thickness for my small hand, I have one that's big and sometimes bites my finger, not this one, you can see in the picture how it opens and how fits my thumb. I highly recommend this if you have small hands, really help if when cooking.

    The Pioneer Woman Stainless Steel Silicone Tips 12" Tongs are the best tongs ever. They are great for all purposes. They are perfect for turning over chicken in your crockpot, To serving food that's cooked and ready to go. I use mine about 4 or 5 times a week. They are extremely easy to clean. When my favorite parts of this product are the locking mechanism at the top. Another great feature that these tongs offer is a nice cushy padding on the sides of the tongs for gripping. And last but not least the color is beautiful. It goes with everything in my kitchen. The Pioneer woman makes wonderful products and this is just another one of her great products. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.

    These tongs could not have arrived at a more perfect time. I LOVE all the products made by Pioneer Woman, and after collecting a few pieces by this brand, I have never had a single issue out of any of their products. I had a old set of tongs that I bought a few years ago, and even though they were starting to wear, I felt like they would last. Well, a few days before these arrived, my old set finally gave out to the point where it fell to pieces...literally. I was so excited to try these once they arrived. They are surprisingly bigger than my old set, and they seem sturdier than the ones I had as well. I received the light blue colored one, and even though I feel like the red would have been a better match, I love the color of this one also. Due to the amount of cooking I do for my family and friends, I will probably end up purchasing a second one in red, just to have on hand. Overall, I could not be happier with this product. I LOVE the silicone covers as it prevents me from scratching up my pans. I also love the length of these, especially whenever cooking things like bacon. The length lets me flip over items without getting splattered with hot grease. I also LOVE how these tongs are dishwasher safe as it helps save me time cleaning up after meals. I would most definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a new set of tongs. I feel like these will last for many, many years to come!

    Large but streamline and beautiful
    These tongs are very sturdy and are a big enough size to use for large cuts of meat that are heavy. I absolutely love that these match my kitchen décor so well without being overwhelmingly bright and distracting. For me recommending these is easy for me because they are a major part of my cooking process and they have made my cooking an easier less messy task. Pioneer woman knows what every woman needs to get cooking done in an elegant yet efficient way.

    Easy Grip Tongs
    Nice steel tongs with silicone grips to make any kitchen job easy! The silicone on the tips allows me to use in my pans without worry of scratching the bottom and can handle high heat with ease. They wipe clean with just a simple pass, from even the toughest grease. The silicone along the handles makes the grip very comfortable and keeps it from sliding from your hands. Just pull the circle at the end to lock it and push forward to unlock. Gives you great control of your utensil. The red is a perfect pop of color to brighten up your boring every day tools. We had guests over and a friend picked these up to serve herself chicken from the grill and commented how nice they were! Love these tongs for the many jobs in my kitchen from prepping, cooking, and serving in style!

    Great addition to my kitchen!
    I use a lot of tongs especially during the summer with cookouts. So receiving these before summer was pretty sweet! These ARE dishwasher safe! They didn't scratch my coated pans and considering they are long, I didn't get burnt when I fried some bacon! I love that you can pull up and lock the tongs in a closed position. That feature is handy! Especially when storing them away. I also love the color! Red is what I have been changing to in our kitchen and it fits our decor nicely.

    Exactly what a need and want in a set of Tongs
    Happy I took a chance with choosing these Pioneer Woman Stainless Steel 12 Lock Tongs as they meet my needs completely, and without annoyance. I love to use my air fryer, and they recommend using silicone tipped tongs, but those things and are slippery and make it impossible to get a good grip, unlike these Pioneer Woman tongs. The stainless steel tips are very thin, and the metal is strong so I can grab down into the air fryer basket with precision, and firmly grip my food for flipping or removing without tearing off any breading, damaging the food or even scratching up my air fryer. The length prevents my hands from being burned by the deep basket edges, and they don't auto lock and I can easily complete my task truly one handed and frustration free. The thin profile of these tongs, allow it to rest in my stovetop spoon rest out of my way and topple free, ready for when I need them again. I hand wash these and hang them to dry by the conveniently placed loop incorporated in the lock mechanism on the top. These are awesome and I'm throwing out the other tongs I own.

    I really like this stainless steel tongs they are nice looking and are well made. Each side of the tongs has a rubber soft grip handle. The tongs lock at the top and these are dishwasher safe and they have a one year limited warranty. These would look great at a BBQ or party. These are medium weight and are heavy duty 12 inch tongs. I would not use these for the grill I don't think these were made for grill use.

    Strong and heavy duty.
    I remember, many years ago, watching a chef on TV justifying why he was using tongs in the kitchen and explaining that many chefs and cooks had been using them in restaurants for years. I remember being surprised and a little confused about this new/old tool being used somewhere other than an outdoor barbecue. I started using them a lot more in my own kitchen and I was happy to see this pretty teal pair of tongs from the Pioneer Woman. I love how all her kitchen tools and pans are high-quality, and I found that these spring-loaded tongs are no exception. The metal, brushed stainless steel, is thicker than I thought it would be. They have not gotten bent out of shape, even with heavy use. The spring is also stainless steel and quite robust so your hand doesn't gets tired holding it closed; the thick springs, with seven coils, offer just the right about of spring. The shafts are folded over to provide real strength and rigidity to this for-real kitchen "tool." The ends have those rounded edges and are generously sized so I even have used them as mini spatulas in a pinch. The grips are deeply embedded silicone rubber and are very comfortable to hold -- while providing a slip-proof grip. I like that they're quite long, too, which helps keep my hand away from the burner while tending my cooking. The silicone-coated looped "hook" adds a bit of style while also providing a nice lock that I can close one-handed and I can easily unlock them, too, even with an oven mitt on. Very high quality and I'm sure they'll last for years to come.
