Light blue Steel
Very nice and hard to find item. It had a small scratch on it, but could have been there from the beginning as it was packaged very nicely - but it is hardly noticeable. Family member I bought it for really liked it. I wish these things were dishwasher safe.

Sad with a chipped handle
I like the mugs but were advertised as 14 oz mugs but the tag on them says 12 oz. The mugs were not packed well and the white one has a chip on the handle. Please replace this mug. The blue one is fine.

    Purchased these 2 beautiful mugs, only for them to be shipped damaged. The paint is is chipped on on handle, and both come dented, with stains and paint chipped.

    They are not only pretty but they keep the coffee hot for hours and the outside of the cup doesn't get hot.I have one and my husband has one.My daughter bought one from Walmart that's how I found out about it ,The price was about half the price Amazon gets.We love Walmart.We but our prescriptions ,groceries and so many other things.

    Pretty but has problems I don't recommend.
    Looks pretty but unfortunately doesn't seal well. The drink comes around the seal and pours down the mug. The silicone gasket isn't wide enough so the lid doesn't fit tight. It is obviously hard to drink from due to that problem. The lid could have been better formed to drink from even if it didn't leak at the gaskets. I would not purchase from the store again due to the problems. If you want it to stay hot for a long time then this is not for you.

    Very pretty
    This mug is pretty although I would like one in Teal. Keeps my coffee warm not really hot, and is easy to clean. So far no staining like in my other stainless steel mugs. It's a keeper.

    Decal stickers
    As you can see in my pics below that the designs are just decal stickers which is why I'm assuming it's preferred to be handwashed only. So be extra careful when cleaning the outside. Funny thing is that her signature logo is stenciled in but not the art designs....

    This pioneer woman mug is so pretty, my coworkers immediately asked me where I bought it as soon as I walked into the office with it. It's not only attractive to look at but it also kept my coffee hot until the last drop. I was a little skeptical to buy it after a read some of the reviews talking about their coffee getting cold. well I'm glad I didn't listen, because that definitely wasn't the case for me. I just made sure to slide the little clip to the closed position when I wasn't sipping and like I said, my coffee was hot to the last drop. I have recommended this mug to several friends and family members. beats paying an arm and a leg for a Yeti.
