Way too hard to port your number to Total Wireless
I have a free and clear active Tmobile account that I am trying to port my number out of to total wireless. After hours on the phone and hearing someone in the world with chickens in the background, I give up. If its this hard to move my number to them, it will be twice as hard to move it out. Also the other thing that annoys me, this sim card in store is $8, not $1. They would not price match.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/11/2021NOT ALL PHONES COMPATIBLE WITH VERIZON PERIOD!!we have had service since 2018 on Verizon network. came from Verizon with sim phones. I ported number and activated all from total wireless app. I even upped our plan and put another family member on and even ported the number. took about 5mins to set everything up on the app then about 2 mins for ported number to come thru. it was too easy. as long as you come from Verizon or actually have a direct manufacturer unlocked phone that has the correct bands for Verizon then you will only get 3G. coming from TMO or atrob

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/30/202150/50I've bought four only one worked on my tracfone prepaid iPhone. You can't get a refund. I bought the $7 version 3 with same name and they never delivered any of them. They are delayed by months. It's better to pick it up at the store.Unknown

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/30/2020These don't work! This did NOT WORK with our new unlocked phones. We spent hours on customer service with Total Wireless and they finally said we had to order new SIM cards. It was very frustrating!Margaret

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/15/2020FrustratedWe have not been able to use it. We have iPhone 5s and they do not work with Total Wireless. We also purchased a family plan for $100 that we have not been able to use and/or return. I did call Total several times before purchasing and asked specific questions about our phones and needs to see if it was a fit for us. Unfortunately that did not help as they did not say IPhone 5s do not work with this program.Suzette

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/11/2020Great prepaid option with big V coverageTotal wireless is a great company offering big Verizon coverage at low Total Wireless prices. You can select there phones or bring your own over to them. Activate online, it is FAR easier than calling them.Technut80
