Amazing grill
I received this grill little over a week ago. So far, it has been awesome. This is my 2nd Traeger and as customer service goes, they have been great to work with. Because if the quality of the product and everything they have done to help, they have a customer for life!!!

    Great sales rep & AMAZING PRODUCT
    I bought this smoker for my husband from the Cowboy Christmas event in Las Vegas. First of all we loved the rep Jamieson. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As for the grill, my husband absolutely loves it. We use it for New Years Eve. We had the best Tri-tip ....YUMMY. My husband loves your website and its very helpful.

    Poor design = stained patio
    What idiot designed the tiny grease bucket hook? That bucket has fallen off at least 5 times staining my concrete patio because it is so small and useless especially when using a Traeger brand rain cover. The process to handle a flame out is stupid and non intuitive. I had a nice little explosion the first time and then learned you have to unplug, remove the food, remove the gray, remove the drip pan, remove the heat shield, clean out the fire pot and reverse all those steps and there is no alarm telling you there is a flame out so you have no idea how long the heat has been off ruining your cook. Competitors just have a latch you can pull on the bottom to empty the fire pot

    Best smoker/grill you'll ever find
    This is hands down the best smoker/grill you'll ever find. I've had mine since 2010, about 12 years now and we use weekly if not daily. We have smoked turkeys, ham, pork loin's, pork chops, briskets, steaks, deer steaks/roast to elk on it, you name it and we've grilled or smoked it on there. It does the work for you, no need to be a master. My wife uses it more then I do and she hated smoking meat before this. It's worth every penny and more.
