Absolutely Amazing
I bought this dye after reading so many reviews on how well it worked out for others, and I must say they weren't lying. This color came out AMAZING and so BRIGHT…just like I like!! I bought a pair or Hey Dude shoes but my signature shoe color was not an option but I wanted a pair so bad. So I bought a pair in white, used this dye on them and now they are more pink than I could imagine!! I love them!! It was so easy to use( I did the stovetop method) and I will 1000% be using this brand of dye for future projects!!

horrible experience
The first shock was the shipping fee, the second was no way to contact company. I got the dye, I bought 8 packs 1.75 ounce each. They charged over $18.00 shipping! They were in 3 smaller packs inside a larger plastic bag but all in the same bag. The bag had loose dye in it so my fingers got blue even reaching for the packages. Then I discovered that all of the little packages had more loose dye in them, and one actual dye pack was just about 2/3 full. I trie to send pictures. If you look at one, you will see they even punch holes in the plastic package. I had cotton bed skirts. Only one turned out to be sort of turquoise. The others had a greenish cast. Again, I wanted to contact the company, and it turned me to Walmart, when they are not a Walmart Store. As for returns, on the one paper, which I have copies of, it stated "Free returns to your Walmart store--see details. I admit I didn't look at the details, but since it had said I could return to Walmart, I felt comfortable in buying this dye. This whole experience was a costly night mare, as I am going to have to buy new bed skirts. not liking it

    Worked very well on cotton.
Easy to use, especially for small things. I used a glass casserole in the kitchen sink (miniatures). I added pink to get the color i needed--easy color mixing. Gave good strong color quickly on 100% cotton fabric--I didn't need to use the 45 minutes recommended. Would buy again.

Good for beginner to intermediate level dying.
I think this is a good dye for the price. It's suitable for most dye projects and I've heard it can be used in really hot water for some synthetic projects but i don't have first hand experience w that. I would definitely recommend using soda ash before hand otherwise you'll probably get a lot of due loss. Soak in soda ash for 15 mins then put it through a spin cycle then dye.
