Broken product
this hover board was broken when I received it. I tried to send an email to them since that's their only form of contact and I got a response of them trying to tell me how to fix it. I requested a refund and now I'm being ignored. DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY ALL THIS MONEY FOR A HEAVY PAPERWEIGHT.

    Beware weight limit
    Beware the description online states 100 kg but the box says max load 75 kg. Reached out to company via email and they told me I bought the right item. This is an important difference.

    If you're looking for a less expensive hover board this is great. For less than $100 it connects to Bluetooth and our 7 year old absolutely loves it! So glad we bought it!

    Won't hold charge
    I bought like 5 of these boards in different colors last year for grandkids Christmas. One of the 5 will not hold charge longer than 5 mins. Can I exchange it? I still have box and everything.

    My 13 year old son love and his hover board! It came on time, was packaged well and thankfully also hadn't a 75% charge so he could use it right away. He loved the features, especially the ability to connect his Bluetooth and the self-balancing features. He has scratched it up a little...but what do you expect from a 13 year old boy?! Overall, highly recommend this hover board!

    Nice Hoverboard
    My grandson likes it a lot; smooth with nice color and sound. The paint on neon blue model scratches easily. Overall it is a good hoverboard for the price. However, it broke after the first day! But, unlike the other reviewer that said they were ignored when they sent an email, I received a prompt email from H. A.I asking if we wanted to send it in for repair or receive a refund. I stated that I wanted to use the quickest method as my grandson wanted to get back on the hoverboard as soon as possible. They proceeded to refund my money and I have since ordered another one. I was pleased with the quick response from H.A.I.

    Bluetooth Hoverboard
    My kids like it a lot; smooth for kids nice color and sound. The paint on neon blue model scratches easily but that comes with the territory; the message that announces "Bluetooth is ready to pair" (with Chinese accent) is a bit loud but only comes on when turned on. The manual/instructions could use better spelling & translation, but overall it is a good hoverboard / Segway at decent price. Just avoid sitting on it, as it can spin out, as we learned the hard way ; )
