Great fishing rod for the money!
For the money this is a great almost indestructible fishing rod. Use it for casting plastic baits for sea trout and reds. The six-foot length fits into my car easily, takes up less room in the boats, and has great action. Use it with 15 braid and can cast a mile.

    Truth, Best Spinning Rod made. Buy 1 try 2..u will
    If your favorite spinning rod got broken or damaged. Try one of these, it will be the last spinning rod you will ever need. Perfect balance, Lightweight, it is almost as it your not holding a rod it is so lightweight. My brother gave me an Okuma spinning reel, brand new. I needed a rod to put it on, I already own 1 Shakespeare ugly stick rod, just like thos one. I swapped the reels, I had a Mitchell reel on the rod, the Okuma spinning reel fit the ugly stick perfectly just like my Mitchell reel, both spinning reels. If you are looking for the perfect balanced rod, look no further. Just buy 1 and try it, You'll be back wanting another 1 just because fishermen are that way. They may stop making them...lol. That is what my brain tells this fisherman... Buy This Rod, Stop searching and just buy this rod, you will not regret it. Thanks for reading my review of the 6' Shakespeare 1 piece ugly stick rod...Best of Luck or is it Luck, maybe your tackle.or Rod....hmmm. Thanks again.

    Great affordable rod.
    Great, affordable rod. I use this rod for everything from top water (with braided line) to cranking to jerkbaits. It's a very good rod for the cost. It is very parabolic which is perfect for fishing with braid to allow for extra play when hooking a fish. I've caught a ton of bass on this thing.
